The receptionist, Jeanne, was outstanding: Friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The hotel is an old building but the room was comfortable and the shower was luxurious. Parking can be a challenge but Jeanne resolved that for me. All in all I would happily stay there again.

We loved everything about the Hotel....our room was gorgeous, 10 foot ceilings and 2 big windows looking onto the Notre Dame Church. The area is lovely around the hotel with so many stores and restaurants...

Tout juste pour un best western. Malheureusement tombé sur un groupe d'allemand qui ont fait du bruit dès 6h15. Hôtel vieillissant, isolation phonique très light, personnel qui comprend à peine le français... Je pense qu'il y a mieux sur Bourg en Bresse

nice place to stay. Not aware of garahge parking which I would have used. Not overly impressed with the rerstaurant which was very expensive and food was not comparable to the cost although the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Short business stay, excellent restaurant. The room was small and not up to date. Bathroom was renovated. Directly in the city nice to go for a walk

Nice hotel in a historical building. Our room was nice and clean with a modern bathroom. Staff was friendly and correct. Because of the age of the building and the renovations, most of the floors are tilted in different directions. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, you might feel a bit iffy. We did not use the paid breakfast, but we did use the in room nespresso machine. We had our dinner in the brasserie of the hotel and could have done with a more detailed bill, but in the end it all seemed to add up.

Truly excellent stay. The Hotel is itself a historical building and hosts one only the best restaurants in town. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, with a nice view of the square. Location is excellent also, since the Hotel is within walking distance to historic town centre.
