酒店房間很整潔，中國風設計，房間設施齊全，迴歸中心主題，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空，其中辦理入佳的時候還免費給我升級了房間，前面台很熱情，還送了俄咖啡券，很體貼哈。早餐在這個價位的酒店真的很豐富了。在服務上酒店所有工作人員都非常有禮貌，要走的時候都是目送我離開，每一個前台服務都很好很熱情。可以説是無微不至。出酒店門口的時候還提醒我要帶口罩，好細心的一家酒店，以有機會還要來住的。

早餐還算湊合，住了很多次了，總體來説都還是不錯的，有一事不明白，致雅大床房和清雅大床房有什麼區別？攜程上這兩個房型價格是不一樣的，我有幾次都是定的致雅大床房卻給我開的清雅大床房

環境還將就，床單都是壞的，都沒注意到換。沒有專門的客服電梯，和其他打牌，洗腳，吃飯的同用，不是是很方便，並且隨便哪個人都可以進入每一層客房，不是很安全。o

酒店整體都不錯，乾淨衞生，房間的配套設施也可以，在當地應該算是不錯了的吧，唯一感受不好的就是入住要給按金。200多的房間一天300按金，現在通過攜程訂酒店要交按金的應該不多了吧。

首先洗手間一直很臭尿味，熱水可以把人燙死，冷水小的比筷子一半的水小，早上打電話到前台 打了掛我電話 打了掛我電話 掛我電話4次，早上阿姨打掃態度非常差，是那個50歲的阿姨，眼睛有紋眼線的黑黢黢，年輕時應該是一個很愛美的，那麼大年紀的阿姨還以為很有愛心，説實在 我住的房間衞生基本上很乾凈，阿姨一進門給臉色，嘴裏一直説什麼不知道，又是歎氣什麼，別的阿姨還是可以，離開後，打電話給我叫我給好評，因為沒有聽清楚，讓他可不可以再説一次，就好像很不耐煩，真的這體驗讓我覺得很尷尬，很難受

來新津考試訂了附近酒店，離考場很近步行就可以到達。前台服務有點平淡，不熱情。房間挺大，乾淨整潔，還有機器人送餐，但是大床房位置都是靠馬路邊，聽得見車聲還有外面建築工地聲音有點吵。空調設備感覺有點老了，工作聲音巨大，睡覺衹能關了，不然根本睡不着。這個房價而言早餐種類偏少了。

五一到新津來遊玩，選擇了這家店。新津不是一座假日人非常多的城市，反而空空盪盪的。其實蠻適合像我們這種不想去擠熱鬧，就是想幾家朋友聚在一起玩一玩的人。在網上看到他們家的房間，面積挺大，佈置也很温馨，實際上和圖片上的基本上是一致的。我們訂了他們家的一個機麻房，還是很不錯的，我們打了3場，物盡所值了。我們延長了退房時間，前台也答應了。
有一個小槽點:晚上我老公和朋友出去吃夜宵了，忘記把房卡留給我，然後我打完麻將就進不了房間，打電話給總枱，來了一個阿姨，把房間給我打開了，因為一共就衹給了我們一張房卡，所以我就問她，那我沒有房卡，裏面的供電不是就不會亮嗎？她説，對呀，我們就衹有一張房卡，然後頭也不回的就走掉了。相當於她並沒有為我解決後續的問題，我當時衹能嘗試着用自己的銀行卡插進去，萬幸的就是可以使用。我覺得做酒店做服務不能是這個態度，你明明已經知道了我的困難，但是，並沒有幫我想辦法解決。你其實可以提醒我一下，你用自己的卡就可以了，我不信她不知道，但是她也並沒有，希望能夠提升一下工作人員對客人的關懷和同理心。
