Would not recommend this place. The air conditioning did not work and would not go below 30 degrees. When asking, the staff told us to wait even though it had been 3 hours. They eventually changed rooms and it still did not work. We had to ask for a fan to cool us down, but we were shouted at when we asked when the air conditioning would be fixed. The trip.com customer service team were told everything was OK, which was a lie. We had booked for three nights, but had to cancel after a very sweaty one night.

酒店環境不錯，前台服務熱情，酒店靠河邊，出行也方便，吃完晚飯可以去河邊散散步，總體來説是非常不錯的。

停車方便可以直接從停車場坐電梯上去，房間衞生環境乾淨整潔很滿意，服務也特別熱情，節假日酒店還貼心準備了小零食和咖啡換購券，真心不錯

體驗感非常不好 超級影響心情 一會沒水一會沒熱水 各種毛病 打了電話來了個不知道是幹嘛的便衣人 看了一眼 看完半個小時過去了沒有熱水也沒有任何説法 價格還不便宜284的價格就是這種待遇 非常差勁 影響赤水體驗感 影響攜程信譽 已在3號下午返程 以後也會少在攜程訂酒店 換平台了 攜程不再是以前的攜程

看別人的評價都很好才定的。但所謂仁者見仁智者見智。客觀的説酒店性價比不高，在赤水300多的酒店，首先房間味道很大，其次可能與我自己沒看清楚有關，房間衹有一個很小的窗户！應該是屬於不會再回訂的類型！
