Impossible to evaluate since the hotel showed no flexibility in the context of a reservation date error on my part which was immediately transmitted.
If I understand perfectly that the customer cannot modify his dates, in the case of a non-modifiable reservation, for personal convenience, on the other hand I do not understand why the hotel management persists in refusing any compromise within the framework of an error since entry quickly reported.
The lack of flexibility is even taken to the extreme when the hotel refuses my request to make a second reservation (still paying for the unoccupied room) on the right date at a discounted price!
A word of advice: be careful when booking, the hotel is uncompromising and closed to any compromise!

The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible.

The hotel looks more like a 2 star hotel and the room stunk like smoke a lot. Moreover the Wi-Fi was not working at all and I couldn’t send emails. Acceptable buffet for breakfast
