Dalyan Villa Kiydan Apartments

Recommend Villa Kiydan Apartments small friendly family run complex. Apartments set around a gorgeous salt water pool and lovely well kept gardens. Two bed apartment equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Will certainly return.

Second time at Villa Kiydan Apartments. And as with previous visit, we found the apartments spotlessly clean and well equipped for our needs-I especially love the large water cooler, which means no trips to carry back endless plastic water bottles; another plus for the environmentally aware! There were two additional sofa beds in the downstairs lounge but we didn't need them on this occasion. We were a mixed bunch on this visit, with myself, my friend, my 91 year old Dad... plus my daughter and her family. Which is one of the main reasons we choose Kiydan Villa Apartments, as this gave us the flexibility and benefits of having accommodation next door to each other, with family meals together on the veranda, but with our own private space. The kids (& big kids!) loved the beautiful large pool without horrid chlorine.... a much larger pool than in a villa. Another of the many reasons we choose Villa Kiydan Apartments was that it gave us a sense of security when my aged Dad choose to not accompany us on our walks... we could rest assured that he would have company, and was always able to order food & drinks when required. I love this area in Dalyan as there is a sense of space and a lot of sky, which you do not get in other areas. The view of the tombs and wider area from the terrace is stunning, plus its the perfect breezy spot on a hot day. The owner arranged hire of a tut tut for my Dad, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. We hired bicycles, and so along with the tut tut, it was a couple of minutes to bar street and some of our favourite restaurants. Plus the little shop at the very end was perfectly located for supplies. A stones throw from the car jetty made it perfect for boat pick-ups as well as visits to Kaunos. The price included airport transfers, and if we'd had late flights home, we would have been able to stay onsite until time to leave. An added bonus was the sectioned off area of the pool for younger children, which made my grandma duties much less stressful. 😀

Back again for our second stay of 2023. This time there were four of us on a ten day holiday, representing three generations of the family. In our view, these family owned and run apartments are still the best in Dalyan. They are situated in the quietest part of town, close to the river and with good views of Dalyan's famous rock tombs, especially from the rooftop dining area which overlooks the swimming pool. The facilities at Villa Dalyan were perfect for all three generations - including the 93 year old grandmother!

Once again we stayed at Villa KIYDAN and as usual we were not disappointed. The apartments are lovely and spacious. Beds are so comfortable and linens changed regularly. The kitchen has a full sized fridge freezer along with a gas cooker and oven/grill. But what I love the most is the water cooler, no buying big bottles of water to filter into smaller bottles so you can fridge them, it’s brilliant. The pool is salt water, no harsh chlorine to ruin your hair 😀. Plenty of sun beds, no early morning alarms needed to secure a bed. The apartments/small villa’s are run by Onur and Rumeysa KIYDAN who can not do enough for you, nothing is a problem and if you are lucky enough you may even taste some of Rumeysa’s cooking. Cakes to die for! We love Dalyan and will continue to holiday here and the only place I would choose to stay is Villa KIYDAN.

A lovely quiet place in Dalyan. The one and two bedroom apartments are lovely and spacious and have everything you need. Owners are great and always around if you need them but not intrusive. Pool and surrounding areas are clean and well kept. Our apartment was cleaned everyday and towels and bedding every 2 _ 3days. An easy 10 minute walk into town with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We have been coming to Dalyan for years, often twice and are always impressed with Villa Kiydan’s quality. Looking forward to return next year!

This was our second visit to Villa Kiyidan apartments and was once again a lovely stay. Onur and his family are so welcoming and friendly. The apartments are duplex and are so well equipped with self catering needs if you want to use them. They are spotlessly clean with fresh towels every couple days and fresh bed linen too. The pool was so clean and very peaceful place to lay around. Looking forward to our next stay . Highly recommended

This was our first visit to Villa Kiydan and we could not fault anything. Onur was very easy to deal with using WhatsApp to communicate during the booking process. We only paid a small deposit with the balance being paid on arrival. Onur, arranged our transfers from and to the airport for a small extra charge. We were greeted at the gate on arrival, by Onur who took our suitcase and showed us to our apartment. We requested an apartment close to the pool and was not disappointed. The apartments have everything you need, full kitchen (microwave available on request) and Onur even provides a water cooler with 19L water bottle for a small charge (around £6) which is much better than having to carry large bottles of water. A pedestal fan is provided in the living room and air conditioning in the bedrooms (at no extra cost) There is a TV but we could only find English speaking news channels. You do have free Wifi so we were able to use our Firestick to watch TV. The grounds and apartments are kept immaculate. Our bins were cleared every day with sheets and towels changed mid stay. Onur and his family are on site so if you do need anything, he is always on hand to help. The apartments are secure but Safes are available in the reception area which you are free to come and go as you please. The Bars and Restaurants are only around a 5-10 minute walk away.

We are regular visitors to Dalyan and always stay at the beautiful Villa Kiydan. Quiet but friendly atmosphere, comfortable and spacious apartment and lovely pool and gardens never disappoints. Easy to get to the town and pleasant Riverside walk. Onur and Rumeyse are very welcoming and friendly. Always helpful they help us feel at home.

This was our second visit to Villa Kiydan, the property is in an excellent location, a short walk to the bars and restaurants but lovely and quiet at night. The pool is excellent, no chlorine to irritate the skin as it’s a salt water system. The proprietors are a lovely family who are always on hand to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.
