We love the b&b the room was big and very comfortable, the breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was very close to the reception but it was not noisy. We recommend this place. Is 40 minutes walking from the center, across the street is a bus stop and you get to the main square in 15 minutes and if you rent a car like us in 10 minutes you will get there. The place has parking for additional 15€.

Great B&B to stay! Very clean and comfortable room, parking on the premises, very friendly owner, nice restaurants at walking distance. Bus stop around the corner, tickets can be bought at the B&B, takes less than 15 minutes to the city center.

I will say this is distant from il dumo, and you will need a taxi to get back home at night because the bus at night is awful. However, in the day you take one bus which is right across the street and you will be in town in about 15 minutes however the property itself leaves you speechless. We were a family of five and got the apartment and I couldnt believe my eyes. The rooftop terrace we had was just amazing. The property was safe and clean. Please do not hesitate. I will definitely be back.

Lovely B&B. Staff very friendly, room cleaned everyday. Nice breakfast. What is a bonus is that they provide bus tickets which is so convenient. Bed comfortable and a clean bathroom. Loved the green shutters to my room and the balcony. Views are lovely.

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough ! The most beautiful florentine house (huge) nestled just outside the city , the hosts were unbelievably friendly and nothing was to much trouble we even bought the bus tickets from the desk ! Simona and her daughter Francesca bend over backwards for you and the room was spectacular ! The shower is huge and the water is piping hot , the breakfast is the most gorgeous continental breakfast from pastries of every sort , cereal , cold cuts , eggs , Francesca makes the best fresh Italian coffee ! I slept for 14 hours after a long first day of travel I can never remember such a wonderful deep sleep ! We highly highly recommend you stay here it is florentine hospitality at its absolute finest ! We will be back !

Ottimo B&B, comodissimo per eventi al Mandela Forum, appartamento delizioso, pulito, molto confortevole. Purtroppo non era disponibile la colazione e nemmeno, come dovrebbe accadere, nemmeno una convenzione con bar nelle vicinanze compresa nel prezzo. Considerato che la struttura è parecchio fuori dal centro, benché sia senz'altro molto valida, trovo il prezzo sia un po' troppo alto, senza nemmeno la colazione compresa essendo un B&B.
