This hotel and it’s facilities are not worth the price I paid, the hotel room was dated, bed wouldn’t stop squeaking, the hvac unit it was super loud, breakfast was not included, had to fight over floaters to be able to use the water slide, there was no system in place, would not stay again

For the cost of the rooms, the hotel has become a little run down. Elevators didn't work, carpets were torn up, walls in the room were banged up and gouged. In the early morning hours, the pipes in pour room were obnoxiously loud. The $10 breakfast buffet was the exact same FREE breakfast given out at every other hotel. Just a little disappointed at the condition for the price. Water park was great though and very convenient when attending an event at the Alerus Center.

That it was unclear that you had to pay for the waterpark as a guest and there was no laundry facilities at that location as the website had listed. Otherwise good stay.

Every single time we stay here, something happens with the elevators. The last time we took the stairs every single time. This time we were on the 10th floor so we had to wait forever to use the one tiny elevator this hotel has. There are way too many rooms and people in here every night for one tiny elevator.

While we had a good time, we had to pay extra for the pool area. Apparently when you book through a third party the water slides are not included. This was not listed anywhere in my emails or book confirmation. We were pretty annoyed we had to pay extra even though we were hotel guests like everyone else.

Love the hotel. Have been staying here for years usually in a king room. First time in a family themed suite. Pictures were very different from the actual thing. Much tighter than expected. Still good quality just not as pictured in the pics

Little disappointed in overall stay. Last time they gave each guest a bottle of water at check in. Today nothing. We were told at checkin pool and arcade room were open till 10PM. Came down at 9 and was all closed down. Called at 10:30 PM cuz room was to hot and couldn’t find a thermostat. She said it’s on wall and couldn’t find. After 20-30 mins we called to forget maintenance cuz we were going to sleep,

The room is quite outdated. I paid extra to get a room with a whirlpool tub and there was no drain plug to use the tub.
