Very dirty tv didn’t work. Door didn’t work properly and had to hang jackets on it to keep the cold air out

No downstairs rooms was available. Learned this after paying full price with no chance of refund. Heat did not work in room either. Would not recommend.

The room was somewhat clean, except for the bathroom.
My son's room was not very clean. The sheets were torn, the couch/futon had mice droppings in it.
The shower/bathtub grout needs deep cleaning.
The nightly crew was super nice.
Check in was pretty easy n fast.
It was difficult to have to drag 4 small children to the lobby in order for them to be able to eat breakfast. We were told we could not have food in the rooms.
Yet, there is a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms.

My stay would have been good except that my reservation thru ********** was never received at the hotel. I had to wait on the phone for reservation agent to find my info and forward to hotel for me to get my room. The person at the front desk was very nice to me, her name was Lisa. she could not find my reservation because **********/******* did not send to the hotel.

It was a decent room for the night, was just a quick stop on our way to Florida. I forgot my pillow when we left and when I called to tell them they were extremely helpful and held it for me until after our vacation. Staff is very friendly and kind.

My experience was not very joyful. The a/c unit did not cool the room like it should, making it very uncomfortable. The bedding contained cigarette burns throughout. The room had an unpleasant smell making it feel uninviting. The front desk service was the best part of the stay overall. The staff was friendly and professional.

Wasn't expecting the Marriott, but was still disappointed.
Fridge didn't work, door was falling off in the bathroom, cleanliness was lacking. This place really needs to be updated.

The staff, super nice and polite. The bed comfortable. But the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. Bedding was clean but when you closed the bathroom door...ugh. dirt and hair. Obvious surface cleaning. Not going barefoot in this cave!
