非常滿意！前台小妹妹服務很nice！床睡的很舒服，窗外對着居民樓很安靜，出行也很方便，附近步行就有地鐵和到靈隱寺的專線，步行到斷橋殘雪也就14分鐘，跑步6分鐘，剛好晚上可以去繞西湖跑10公里後慢走回來。美中不足的是房門隔音差點，能聽的到外面的開關門聲、做清潔的聲音，不過晚上還是蠻安靜的，沒啥人吵，住了一晚感覺很好，立馬又續了一晚，就不用挪酒店啦！

從來不太給差評！
那麼差的全季週末居然要660！！！
這是我住過史上最差全季，全國各地華住會住過那麼多，這是最最最最最差的一家！房間超級小！從來沒見過全季那麼小房間！
收購之前酒店改的，也改改好啊！改個半吊子，怎麼好意思掛全季牌子的！電視系統都是原來的，遙控器要用很大的力靠得近，按才有反應！傢俱都是發黴的，椅子沙發那麼臟，也不知道換換嗎？一進房間一股味道，讓打掃阿姨來除味，噴了一大圈空氣清新劑，也壓不住怪味道！廁所都是成年舊馬桶，根本不是全季的風格！
果然如評論隔音巨差！
Wi-Fi連不上，還不容易連上信號也差，一會就掉！
好的是：洗澡水還挺大，水温OK。離斷橋近。
很差很差很差！慎重選擇！

前台服務熱情周到，辦理退房時還贈送了兩瓶水，距離西湖景區很近，大概五六百米，走路才用了十分鐘左右到達上船港口，入住的客人蠻多的，早餐還有特別好吃的混沌，哈哈。

杭州人民熱情周到，到了賓館收到店員熱情的招呼和接待，下次還來。酒店距離西湖較近，步行800米就到了，可以到少年宮做1314公交車直接到白堤。

房間很寬敞，本來以為臨街會很吵，但其實還好誒，能聽到一點點車的聲音。騎車去西湖/坐地鐵都很近很方便！前台也很熱情！打掃衞生的阿姨會把毛絨玩具🧸放到枕頭上坐着，喜歡喜歡！忘了拍酒店照片，放一張美麗西湖吧
