Located near Harimayabashi, opposite Kochi Bus Terminal. The hotel itself is a bit small and the facilities are old, but it is still good value for money. The staff's service was also friendly. It is located about a 15-minute walk from Kochi Station. If the time allowed, I used the Tosaden street train, but I mostly walked. All tourist attractions in downtown Kochi are worth walking to. Except for the Kochi Prefectural Art Museum.

急遽、高知への旅行が決定し、ホテルを探したところ、高知市内のホテルが満室が多く、ツインがほぼ全滅でした。（行って分かったのですがインターハイで高校生があふれていました。） やっとシングル2部屋の空きを見つけて予約したのであまり期待はしていませんでした。 普通のビジネスホテルです。 だだし、飛行機で高知空港に着く方・バス等の公共の交通機関で移動する方にはとても便利なホテルです。空港バス『はりまや橋観光バスターミナル』停留場は信号の向かい側。空港行やMY遊バスの停留場の『デンテツターミナルビル』も徒歩3分。繫華街・帯屋町通りも徒歩3分と観光のための立地条件は最高に良かったです。寝るためのホテルと割り切れる方にはお勧めです。

楽天トラベルを通じて予約しました。注意喚起にこちらにも投稿します。 同プランで宿泊予定の方、お気をつけください。 トク割キャンペーン専用プランと銘打っているにも関わらず、チェックイン時に「楽天は◯◯円安く提供しているので、予約価格に◯◯円プラスした金額からの補助になります」と上乗せ請求があります。尚、プラン説明には「通年インターネット販売に基づき料金を変更して販売しております。このプラン(＝トク割キャンペーン専用プラン)では、当ホテルでの【通常料金】でのご提供を致します」と明記されています。通常料金に上乗せされる形ですね。 その後クチコミを見たのか、チェックアウト時に「支配人から」だと現金にて返金あり。メッセージも何もなし。返金対応にあてられたスタッフがかわいそう。 トク割キャンペーン事務局へ報告していたところ、こちらの運用方法は不適切と判断、ホテルに事実確認＋指導をしていただけるそうです。

部屋自体はまだ我慢できるタバコ臭さでしたが、廊下がタバコ臭くて酷い状態でした。 立地的にははりまや橋から徒歩数分で行ける距離なのでそこだけは良かったです。 駐車場もホテルと併用で立体駐車場があり600円でした。

高知出張で訪問。 駅目の前で立地は良い。 ファミマちかく。 部屋も綺麗でトイレと風呂が広いのが良い。 朝食とかは有りそうだが高知来たなら他で食べた方が良いです。 ランドリーは一つしかないため不便。 駐車は狭いため入れにくいと思います。 立体です。
