Absolute Sanctuary

I did the 12 days Absolute essence program. It was my first completely solo retreat experience. I ended up extending my stay. Zero complaints. LOVE EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at the sanctuary. Amazing fitness and spa facilities. Amazing wellness and holistic experiences available. I loved the detox program loved everything about the place and amazing flawless service. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Clean and efficient housekeeper. Buffets are delicious. The food menu is full of variety and no MSG included. Location is near to the airport about 5 mins drive away. Comfortable stay for 2 weeks to those who want a relaxing retreat and wellness program.

I really enjoyed my trip at absolute sanctuary, the rooms are clean and the service is excellent. From the porter, front desk, spa and the love kitchen. I am always greeted with a smile. The place is quite and peaceful and the food was delicious and healthy.

Excellent experience in the resort with healthy food options. They have couple of yoga studios. Area is clean and conducive. Bed is soft and relaxing. Place is big with great swimming pool. Great gym, salt room and chilling facilities. Great weekend getaway location.

My stay in absolute sanctuary for 2 weeks has been absolutely pleasant. The facilities are well maintained, very clean environment. Every single staff is super friendly and greet us everytime. The food options here are healthy. The pool, gym and yoga area are all well maintained

This place is a real find and my whole stay felt like a huge treat. Every single part was exceptional from the amazing kindness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness of every aspect of the resort. You can tailor your stay and programme to suit you and ensure you get what you want out of the trip. I did the fitness programme which was fantastic. Kevin, the trainer is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I was also fed tasty food every day and had a massage every evening. It was heaven. I will definitely be back

Fantastic customer service, I have joined for a week of pilates reformer bootcamp and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and treatments provided. Absolutely incredible week. What a wonderful stay! Beautiful rooms, gorgeous pool, amazing spa and healthy fresh food. All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very at home. The programs are excellent and very flexible to fit individual needs. I really enjoyed the individual pilates and yoga sessions. I did not want to leave at the end of the week and am already planning a return trip.

I am a burnt out founder from Silicon Valley. I had gained 15lbs over the last 5 years with all the stress. My body was so inflamed by the time I got here. I decided to do the 7 day Ultimate Detox. I actually ended up doing a water fast and lost 6lbs in 7 days. I honestly feel like a million bucks. It also made me realize the work I have to do when I get home - I’m cleaning out my pantry and going to incorporate regular fasts in my life. Everyone from Jee, the manager (who upgraded me because I was so tired when I got here) to Jana, the amazing yoga and meditation instructor, to Stephanie, the somatic healer, and to Kevin and Irene, the fitness instructors - everyone on staff was incredible. They all knew you by name. Knew what program you’re on. It was very personal service. Beyond that, I met other likeminded people. Business owners who were burnt out, high achieving people who may have been mourning a loved one, and some folks that were very health conscious and chose to take a fitness holiday instead of your average beach vacation. I met someone who was here for her third time and was staying 60 days! The last day I was here, I did a sound meditation and a somatic therapy session. I was so blissed out. It was the happiest I’d been in months. I just want to thank absolute sanctuary for an all around incredible experience. I’ll be back again. Btw, they never asked me to write a review. Not once does the hotel request their guests to write anything. They are super classy like that.
