Windsor Hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. 3 star hotel but well organized and maintain their quality . Breakfast is really good. Friendly staff. this is situated in the middle of town so we enjoyed street foods during our stay

Dark and dingy hotel which is centrally located but in desperate need of refurbishment and a good clean. The bathroom was dirty, one stained towel, peeling paint and a musty smell. The water from tap and shower came out brown and never got hot. I used bottled water to wash myself and clean my teeth. Not a satisfactory experience after a day's travel. A flask of water is provided but due to cleanliness I would not trust it. The bedding was a single duvet on a double bed and offered no warmth. Staff eventually provided a 2nd duvet but this was reluctant. Most of the dinner menu was unavailable and would take an hour. The bar was dark and uninviting and staff were hostile. Breakfast was poor ... cold tea in a metal jug with no lid. Fruit was dried out having been left out. Eggs were cold as were the sausages and bacon was barely cooked and fatty. Fruit juice appeared made from a concentrate. Staff were largely absent and had no customer service skills.

It was our worst experience of Windsor hotel came up with my group of 48 pax on the 01st of October 2022. I had this same group in 2019 and they did a good job on all relevant areas and by trusting that I have to booked the same hotel for the second time as per my clients interest. At this time the management did not valued my guests return to the same venue for the second time and the service was terrible. We had four chairman's in my group and their assigned rooms were filthy and odor smell like lavatory and the four of them did complain directly to me in a professional manner. I have talk to my director operations and decided to transfer them to another hotel at that point. Things are under controlled from our end and we have taken the initiative step to keep the guest happy. The dinner buffet on the same day there were no Soup or Salad been place to comfort the unhappy guest to the satisfaction, instead a terrible selection of main entrée and deserts to go on. Things are so bad and I do not recommend this place to no one in this industry. They fooled us with all the facilities and they charged for the FOC room which is free to the travel agent representatives. My company had a great lost by assigning this hotel to a bigger group and I feel bad for the crooked management who try to ruin our plans and business relationships a part from the basic standards of hospitality management. The GM of the hotel is playing hide and seek by allocating Mr.Jhonny who did a fair job, by enforcing him to handle his mind games and dirty deeds for the sake of the management.

We didn't recommended this hotel, rooms not clean,all staffs not know who is the guest and how to do respect there customer s.one of the manager (shot man wear thai) not have to improve managing role.we can select this type.of facility like a hostel.VERY POOR CLEAN OF THE HOSTEL.THE WINDSOR HOSTEL MANAGMENT NEED TO DO SOME agistment as soon as possible update as a hotel..
