Check in was hard work as only one person the desk so it took over 30 minutes. Also, there was a small drop off area and involved blocking two cars in.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful however.
One thing which I did find odd was that the hotel states it has parking which it doesn't..... its 300m away and is an additional cost.
A fantastic view of the beach on the roof and nice pool.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are lovely and the staff friendly. Good amenities and value for money. The food is good and plentiful. I visited for the triathlon which starts 50m from the front door. They provided breakfast at 5 for the triathletes. That was outstanding service and consideration. There is a great bike cage to keep your pride and joy safe. Absolutely brilliant stay. And roof top terrace and pool are great for relaxing. I didn't get round to a post race massage but it is available.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect, its extremely clean, the food is excellent but its the superb staff that makes this hotel such a great expierience. I noted that there are some poor reviews on this site which i cant understand. Its a great hotel and we will be back next year for certain!

I made my checkin at 1:00 am and they gave me a room, as soon I woke up they made me move out from the room stating that I should be downgraded.
No superior room, no sea view. Rude receptionist

My wife and I spent 5 days recently and we were very disappointed. The wifi signal didn't reach our room and despite our complaints to reception they didn't fix it.
Furthermore, the toilet and shower doors didn't close properly and the rooms are so small that you don't even have space for your luggage.

I have stayed two times at this hotel, once in Sept. 2020 and again in May 2021. The location is excellent. It is very clean and well furnished. The staff also are very friendly and helpful. I was eating dinner alone and the waiter jokingly sat down at the table and called another waiter over to take our order saying that he could be my date. LOL. The location of this hotel is very close to restaurants and shops as well as right on the beachfront. My only area to recommend for improvement would be the breakfast...and this is difficult I realize due to covid restrictions. However, the hotel needs more staff working during breakfast to avoid long lines and wait times for food. The workers were clearly working very hard, but there were just not enough of them.

It's been 2 times that I book this hotel, and frankly I recommend it. The place is very clean, the location ideal, the personal very professional, the rules of hygiene are well respected, and the restaurant is very good.....impec
