Cleanest hotel with the largest room we've stayed in for a while now. The staff was very friendly. Such a great place after traveling for sports and having not do nice or dirty hotels recently.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. We checked in on Thursday early afternoon, and our room wasn't cleaned until Sunday. Also, the 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee ran out partway through breakfast on Saturday, and they weren't expecting any more until sometime on Monday. And, no, it didn't arrive in time for Monday breakfast. Homeless wandered in and out of the lobby, seeking free breakfast, coffee, and use of the lobby phone. I do have compassion for the homeless, but they did make me feel uncomfortable.

The room was well-appointed, with the microwave and refrigerator being welcome additions. The hotel is clean and taken care of well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve encountered and its 6am start was great as I had to catch an early flight from Eugene on my departure day. My only concern was the rowdiness of a group of “young men”, which seemed to be a sports team, and seemed to be uncontrolled. There were periods of concern.

The only real concern I had was a noisey neighbor who blasted music from 12:00-1:00 am and again from 4:30-5:30am. Concern subsided after I confronted the neightbor.
Otherwise, the room was lovely, clean and the contentiental breakfast was great with several choices. I did not utilize any other facilities

We have stayed here before. It is our favorite place to stay. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast selection is the best I've seen anywhere for a place that offers it for free. We will definitely come back.

It was awesome loved the servuce the lady in the frontdesk had my key ready as soon as i gave her my name shed like here you go i was stunned how fast that was keep the giod service and prices too
