Whether it's a business trip or a family trip, this is the worst hotel experience I've stayed in in decades! ! Super bad! In one night, I was bitten by insects in 25 places, from top to bottom, from toes to fingers, and each of them had pinholes that were bitten by insects. After a day, it was still extremely itchy and red and swollen! My husband was also bitten a few times, which is better than mine. Fortunately, the child was in another bed and was not bitten. I really don’t know why such a hotel is still open for business? ! Complain to the hotel, the hotel doesn't take it seriously! Just say to refund 20% of accommodation fee! Such an understatement, would you like me to give you 200 yuan to let your store or your family experience it once? !

The property was convenient for our trip to Monterey county. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for sleep. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early.
But the property is overused and should be reconstructed. The jacuzzi is closed off. Breakfast was self serve continental. It took (I timed it) 10 minutes for hot water to reach our room #125. The microwave short out and would only work if you held the wire coming out the back.
We are not super fussy people and the stay was what we paid for, but the reality is that this property needs a lot of work.

We stayed for one night due to a funeral. I understand it is only for one night. The curtains were falling as they did not have all the clips on the top. We had to figure out a way so the light would not come in too early. The floors were messy as my socks and feet got real dirty and sandy feeling as I forgot my sandals. The rest of the room was ok.

Place was dirty, we asked for new towels and blankets they just went and dropped them in the room but they never cleaned the inside at all would not stay there anymore sorry.

This hotel aquired an ajoining motel they call their (sister unit). It is run down and dirty (inside and out). Furniture is worn and outdated, bed was uncomfortable and TV has to be programed every time you turn it on...a process that requires help from the front desk!
