Hotel Imperial

We returned to this hotel for the second consecutive year and it proved to be an excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms with all the comforts and always clean. All the staff from the reception to the dining room, from the bar to the cleaning ladies are super friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant is good with a nice choice of vegetable and dessert buffets. Amazing breakfast served by the pool. Nice holiday!!!! I can do nothing but recommend it.

We stayed for a week in August on a full board basis. A family holiday, book 2 superior rooms. Comfortable rooms, with small terrace, cleanliness is excellent, change of towels every day. Reserved parking, free in front of the hotel. We were especially impressed by the exquisite cuisine and desserts. The free bicycle service was excellent for visiting the city and above all the beautiful San Benedetto promenade. Helpful and courteous staff. Congratulations to the owner for choosing the team ... Fantastic!

Excellent hotel in all services, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful and functional internal and external environments, convenient for going to the beach. excellent cuisine always varied and never greasy, table service always attentive and kind, the buffet of vegetables and excellent desserts always on the buffet are very welcome, fantastic breakfast with espresso bar. A heartfelt thanks to the girls in the dining room Mariaelena and Tiziana who served us. We spent a nice family week in two adjoining rooms each with its own bathroom just like at home. Kind owners and with a passion for their work, we were all guests and not just customers. Thanks again for everything.

I stayed with my husband and my son in this structure, after two years of absence due to "COVID" but we returned as regular customers and as usual it turned out to be a good standard hotel with no improvements compared to 2019. The facilities of this generally they must always be updated every year especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms and gym. The negative note was at the time of payment, as for health reasons we anticipated the return by 3 days, seeing us charged the penalty of 800.00 euros which I had paid as a deposit. The e-mail specifies that the deposit will not be returned but, however, I thought that with common sense and reasonableness we could agree. (3 days cost me 800.00 euros without breakfast, lunch and dinner, a bit too much I would say.. ...) The advice is to carefully read the e-mails otherwise you will find yourself in surprises.

Very well run family hotel. Excellent food, great beds, impeccable bikes and great pool. Friendly service. Perfect location of the hotel, not far from the Lungomare. For more culinary delights, there were many restaurants along the beach promenade.

Hotel a 4 stelle con tanti valori che trasmettono agli ospiti. Sono più di 12 anni che ci andiamo, ed ora che i figli hanno le loro compagne stanno proseguendo nella tradizione. Un hotel, un famiglia.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Sicherer Parkplatz. Zimmer (wir hatten die Gold Suite) und Bett waren in Topzustand. Auch die servierten Speisen im Restaurant sind 4 Sterne Niveau. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
