Hotel Rojas All Suite

It appears that there was a lack of communication between the hotel and Trip regarding the type of accommodation. The apartment is very small, with no closets and no air conditioning. Need to provide more information about the type of accommodation.

Good hotel in general, but poorly located (surroundings with a lot of homeless people) and breakfast had few drink options (I would like a coffee with milk - the one from the machine is terrible - or a nescau, toddy.. I was sad of not having these options. Milk, only ice cream and I only saw strained coffee on the last day at the buffet)

I went to lolla and the hotels were very expensive, this was one of the affordable options I found. Simple hotel, but with a lot of dignity, the room I stayed in was very small, but very clean, spring mattress, simple bedding, had a minibar and several snacks. Located on an important avenue in SP, but the central region is dangerous. To use the subway, you will have to walk a few blocks and go through walkers. At the reception there is a machine with free coffee and water to fill a bottle or drink with a disposable cup. Breakfast with few options. If you're looking for a bed to rest, a hot shower, and don't care about LUXURIES and hotel perks, this is a good option.

A bit dangerous location. But the hotel is comfortable, very clean and the staff is always polite. Simple but delicious breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel is an old building that has been renovated. Renovated lobby, new elevators, renovated bathrooms. We stayed in a standard double room, which was satisfactory. Clean, organized. With ceiling fan, fridge, TV. Free Wifi in all areas of the hotel. Very good bathroom and excellent shower. Special mention for the shower, which is rated 1,000. Good breakfast. I didn't like the coffee from the breakfast machines. The coffee courtesy of the reception machine (espresso) is very honest. They offer complimentary water at reception. Educated and prepared attendants. The only negative point I would point out would be the location which is, apparently, quite unsafe at night. Even taxi drivers, uber and 99 would not let us close to cross streets. They made a point of leaving it at the door and always warned us to pay attention and be careful. A pity, as the hotel is within walking distance of the República metro station.

It was good and the attendants were very helpful. Great breakfast. Location is not the best.
