The hotel was in a great location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They had a happy hour from 5-6. The only thing the room was missing was the kettle or coffee in the room and bottles of water. They d8d however Hage water and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Overall great stay, would visit again.

The location is good, about ten minutes walk to Pike Place Market. The price is the cheapest around here. The room is clean and tidy, but small, and the sound insulation effect is average. If you live on the side of the street, you will hear the sound and vibration of cars passing by. And the air conditioner is a window machine, which works well, but the noise is quite loud. This is a common problem in American hotels. If you want to be quiet, you can only ask for a room facing the street without turning on the air conditioner. There is no restaurant in the hotel, you can order takeaway for meals, and there is a 7-11 nearby in a two or three minute walk.

It was cozy! This hotel had so many amenities it was great! They had a cocktail hour, coffee and tea, and bicycles for free that you were about to use. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I asked them to do something special for our anniversary and they left us champagne bottles on ice with a thoughtful card. This hotel was a 10/10. Would definitely recommend

This was a great stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have are that the shower was tiny and the window unit AC was pretty loud. The shower is doable for an overnight stay, but for almost a week stay it was a little uncomfortable.
