The hotel was kind of terrible. Bed was broken, air didn't get very cool, shampoo bottle was almost empty, trim in room was coming off the wall. We did not even stay the 2nd night. Very disappointed for how much this room was.

The property is convenient to US 65. Exit from the property is a little cumbersome. It is in a high traffic area of Springfield. It is some distance from most of the dining on the south side of Springfield.

We got the 1 queen, 2 double bed room. It wqs the perfect size. Plenty of room for our family. I feel like the overall experience was okay. It could be cleaner. The amount of dirt on the floor in the elevator was a bit disturbing and i feel like our bathroom could have been better. The door to our room didnt seem very secured my 8 yr old could almost shake it open, my parents and sisters rooms down the hall, were the same way.
Breakfast had alot of variety. I was impressed. No reason anyone couldnt find something they liked. The lady in charge was very sweet and tentive to the buffet and the care of the dining area. Only things i didnt like, were the eggs. Im not sure but they seemed like powdered eggs.

Simple. Nothing fancy. But it was clean and quiet. Pool was cold and hot tub jets weren’t working—but kids still had fun.

Very pleased!! They had the cleanest bathroom we have ever stayed at! Breakfast (Sunday)was awesome. They had awesome donuts, and the usual biscuits n gravy, sausage and eggs. They had an indoor pool and hot tub(pool could have been a touch warmer) but the kids had fun.
My only complaints would be the desk assistants could have been more personalable and TV was small side.
We will definitely stay again!
