I admit, I was drawn in by the price. Especially on a weekend. The value for the room was wonderful. A place to sleep, but not comfortable by any means. A stained comforter, loud, Neighbors with a crack under our joining rooms. A toilet seat that was falling apart. All amenities, it wasn’t great, but for the price it’s what I needed… And breakfast. Not a great experience, but great price.

Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Loved the sports court pickle ball, basketball and mini golf. The room wasn’t clean. Very old and needs update!!!

We checked in about 9pm and check in was great, UNTIL we tried to get in our room and it said our key wouldn’t work. Went back to the front desk and was told the key was fine that they’d have the maintenance man meet us at our room what. When he met us at the room, he announced it’s not your keys, it’s the lock you just need to jiggle it to get in. My first thought was are you serious you can’t move me to another room. So needless to say every time we left the room and came back, it took at least 10 or 12 times to try and force and get the door open. Pretty bad service. Feel like I should have been moved to another room never should you tell a customer it’s just the lock keep juggling it

First time here! Very quiet!! . Everytime we get a hotel we ask for top floor so we don’t hear the people upstairs. They were full so we had to be on first floor. Never heard anyone!!! Even next door. I’ve never had that happen. It was great!! We stayed on the outer buildings not inside. There is an indoor pool/jacuzzi and pool table, ping pong and foosball so it may get more noisy if your room is inside. The inside of the hotel is really cool looking. Staff was extremely nice! We will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff in the lobby, the dining room, and housekeeping very much. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. (We only missed the coffee machine. However, coffee was freely available close to the lobby most of the time.) The swimming pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Breakfast provided a nice variety. The coffee was hot and was of excellent quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Red Lion Hotel to anyone else.

You get what you pay for. The place isn’t terrible for the price. Very economical stay. The breakfast isn’t bad at all. The pool is indoor which is great for winter times … it’s a must to stay at the main building because if not you have to run to your room all wet and cold. The staff are nice and very responsive when it comes to asking for more towels or blankets. I would not mind staying here if I need to budget.
