Very close to the train station, but outside of the sketchy neighborhood around Rue de Bayard. Friendly staff, English is no problem. A good on-site breakfast, crafted to order. Room is not huge, but has everything you need.

This is a lovely little hotel which I try to use every time I visit Toulouse and it’s right opposite the Matabiau rail and bus stations. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are small but are spotless, comfortable and quiet. The lift might be a challenge with lots of luggage though!! Highly recommended.

We had to pay twice for one night's stay because we were not given a receipt. The staff is unfriendly. We are very disappointed. We were not informed that breakfast was included in the price. So we didn't have breakfast even though we paid for it. I cannot recommend this hotel with the best will in the world.

The room was comfortable, very clean. Very pleasant welcome. The only downside is the breakfast with a limited choice and the high volume of the television in the breakfast room. Ideal location for those traveling by train.

For the positive points of this hotel you have the location which is very well served, opposite the Matabiau station and close to the city center but for the rest, the rooms are really very mediocre, for the breakfast when the majority of hotels have returned to the buffet, he is still taking advantage of the covid to offer you after having noted in a notebook, only a croissant here and an egg there to save money on the customers' backs. It's really shameful....

To avoid! Be careful - they make scenarios at reception - hide when you ask them for the bill. Absurd. No one is going to assist you to find out the name of the receptionist! How is this possible in a European city?

Non-representative photos so-called comfort room at €96 with parking (no charge paid directly) very uncomfortable and hard mattress, strong smell of urine in the toilets, peeling bathtub, one hand towel and another medium size for two! Smell of food in the corridors because people live in the hotel on a social vacation. District of the station and the homeless bar with *****-teaser.... The only positive point is the young man at the very pleasant reception!
