The check in was very efficient and quick. I enjoyed ed the fitness room on a very cold morning when I couldn’t walk outside.

Mr. Paul, at the front desk, is by far the best staff I've seen in a hotel. I've traveled to many places in the last 8 years, but Mr. Paul not only shows that he cares, but that each customer are special to him and the business. His service is above and beyond, by ever detail.

I always stay here on work trips to Winston Salem. They've renovated part of the hotel so the rooms are clean and new. Breakfast options are great and the staff are super friendly. So many restaurants and shopping nearby and close to the interstate. I don't stay anywhere else when I come for work.

We were greeted by a professional, friendly associate, Karen, she helped us check-in and find a local eatery. She gave expert directions. We really appreciate her assistance.
The breakfast served was hot and had many selections. It was a great surprise and we enjoyed it.
Our stay was great and we plan to use Comfort Inn on our next trip.

Paul at the front desk was really helpful. This hotel is near so many different restaurants, stores, and the Mall. The only issue was the refrigerator making noise.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice three day stay and will be back in future visits. Very close to all kinds of shopping and food options. Staff was excelleny.
