We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you

Just looking at the pictures of the hotel made me look forward to staying here (mostly for the bath), but the quick check in and the room made the stay even more enjoyable. Of course, I had a bubble bath each day and the room itself was so nice and spacious, that I could work out in there. I didn’t have to though as the gym has pretty much every machine you could need as well as a pool (I didn’t swim in it though). What I didn’t know before arriving was that there is a convenience store on the first floor. Definitely a lifesaver since it was hot when I stayed and I liked to stock up on water (that I could place in the hotel room fridge) as well as buy some snacks, iced coffee and cup noodles (just in case).

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a ”Happy Birthday” accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

Jiangcheng Hotel is great! The front desk staff are enthusiastic and answer all your questions. The room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station and is very easy to find. Although it is next to the train station, it is not noisy at all at night and during the day. I caught the train this morning, said hello to the waiter, and brought two boxes of breakfast. Thank you to all friends at the hotel. I will stay in Jiangcheng next time!

I really didn’t expect that the room layout of this hotel, which I booked for less than 200 yuan, is at least more than 500 yuan in value for money. Especially the beautiful lady Xiao Xie who checked in also had a very good service attitude. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic requirements for a hotel. It's all there. The sheets and beds don't smell at all. The decoration seems to be brand new. Anyway, it's very comfortable to live in. It's just a few hundred meters away from the subway and bus downstairs. It's very convenient. The important thing is that it's a short walk downstairs at night. There are small carts pushing food at the train station, and we went to eat Wuhan snacks in the evening. When we checked out, we grabbed a lot of dolls. The aunt at the hotel saw that we couldn't carry them and gave us a big bag to help us. Putting it all together, it’s really not too good.
