設施：有四星級標準。房間夠大有40多平面，帶沙發桌子很寬敞，衞生乾濕分離。
衞生：還算乾淨，房間鋪了地毯。
環境：在霞山區老城區，周圍有醫院小學老居民區，離霞山路步行街1公里左右，海灘2公里左右，打車過去就是起步價？
服務：服務態度也好，需要什麼都會給。六百不到兩晚這個配置在湛江性價比還是很高。
迷你吧軟飲:每天免費飲料，天氣熱很舒服
自助雙人下午茶:水果加小麪包和蛋撻，就是冷掉了口感會差很多。建議再加點飲料。

地毯有點老了，有點臟，房間櫃門有點關不緊，其他的設施還不錯，性價比挺高的。來湛江住了好幾次，附近有商場，購物也方便。

服務態度很好，設施很新，酒店早餐去吃的時候快要沒了，因為去的比較晚，不過也很好吃，酒店餐廳環境也很好，房間裏的空間比汕頭哪家比起來看起來略顯小了，當天下雨了，酒店還可以借傘的
