When you come to Acaroa, you must take a boat out to see dolphins. About 12 tourists take a cruise ship and drive into a wide area of water, and the dolphins will appear in a short time. The sea is not small, a little seasick. But the captain's witty and humorous explanations have made passengers excited. Dolphins are a high-IQ marine creature, and I regret the New Zealanders' protective attitude to creatures!
It was really great! The captain and crew on board were excellent, they were knowledgeable and had a strong sense of safety. It was a great way to visit the Port of Acaroa - an ancient volcano. You can see seals, dolphins and a lot of seabirds. The captain was cautious and knew how to show people this huge harbour. If you travel here or go to nearby Christian churches, be sure to visit here.
