There are many buses (with airconditioner or without airconditioner) you can board to transport you to Hagnaya Port. However, the most recommended bus would be Ceres (Yellow) Bus. It would cost P 170. Also, at the North Bus Terminal, you may opt for a van. The van would cost P100 higher than the Bus’. After all, you have just had a lengthy travel to Bantayan Island Cebu. Thus, you can just wear your swim attire and dip in the refreshing, cool waters. Since the water has pure sands (not rocks or mud), you can take pleasure in water dipping or swimming. Beach Placid ResortBeach Placid Resort and Restaurant has the best and longest stretch of beach on Alice Beach on Bantayan Island. This resort has been opened just in early 2009 to the public. In August 2014, Bantayan Island suffered the wrath of Yolanda typhoon. However, although plants were badly hurt, the beach and the sea will never change their natural beauty. Surely, it is an amazing place to see and spend fruitful time relaxing in a completely tranquil paradise on earth. Being a facility by the beach is a good sign, but also having an accommodation at this beach and on this island just blows one's mind. Salty and SweetThere's nothing quite like feeling the sun on your skin and the sand between your toes. I can't wait to go back to the beach and do it all over again! My family and I visited Bantayan Island four months ago. It was my second time, yet it was still really a fantastic experience. I love this place.
Cebu is a beautiful tourist destination in the Philippines, with numerous quiet islands, colorful seawater, white sand beaches and resorts hidden in dense forest. For world history, it was the burial place of the great navigator Magellan and the first battle of the Philippines against foreign colonists.
