A condominium town within walking distance from Kaihin Makuhari Station. The parking lot of the condominium is not visible from the road without any garbage, and the cityscape is very beautiful. I am convinced that I have won awards such as the Good Design Award. There are many residents (about 25000 people), but it is very quiet for some reason.
It is a residential area in the area about 7 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station ~ 20 minutes. Fashionable condominiums line up and cars can be parked on most streets. The beautiful cityscape with the landscape like an overseas residential area is attractive.
If it's used, it feels like the price of the property has been settled. The Keiyo Line on weekday mornings stops at each station, so it takes about 40 minutes to get to Tokyo. Shopping is mainly at Costco and AEON MALL in Makuhari New City Center. It is a good place for families with small children with wide sidewalks and elementary schools nearby.
I think Baytown is a residential area, not a tourist destination. When I was looking for a property around Makuhari, when I saw it on the paper, I wanted to live in a nice city with a good impression, but in the end there were few vacancies and I couldn't find a property that met the conditions. After that, when I actually visited Baytown, it has been a long time since development, so I thought it was old. Also, the condominium was crowded and it looked like a housing complex itself. Because it is a seaside, the sea breeze is like every day ...
I always think every time I go, I wonder if there are many cars parked. I feel that the wide road with a beautiful cityscape is narrow in parking. Is there a difference in the degree of people?
