The mansion of Lan Wenxuan, a general of the Sichuan Army during the War of Resistance Against Japan, belongs to the typical Shanghai Shikumen architectural style, which is more unique in the old house of the Republic of China officials in Chongqing. From the current structure of the building, the thick mansion should have been two floors, and the third floor was added later.
