What kind of famous place is "Shinsengumi Garrison Site"? When I was thinking, there was an information board facing the road of the hotel where I stayed. That's it. There was Shomeiji Temple around here until the great fire in 1880 (Meiji 12). Shomyoji Temple was a consulate in the United Kingdom and France at the end of the Edo period, and during the Hakodate War, it was a "Shinsengumi no Tonsho".
