Currently, only a stone monument and an explanation board stand beside the Dutch slope. Kaisho is a government office dealing with trade and diplomacy, which seems to have later become Nagasaki Customs.
The stone monument on the Dutch slope says that there was Minato Kaisho here. Minato Kaisho is a customs 々 later. In other words, it shows that the new history of the international city of Nagasaki started around this area.

When we arrived in Nagasaki, the first place we headed for was Dutch slope and its surroundings. I got off the tram at Oura Kaigan-dori and headed for Dutch slope. Soon after I started climbing the slope. On the right side of the road was a stone monument with the words "Minato Kaisho Ruins" written. 1859 in the Edo period, the opening of Ansei opened the port of 3 including Nagasaki. This Minato Kaisho was established for trade and diplomacy.
There was a site of Nagasaki Kaisho near the current Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture, but it seems that Minato Kaisho was part of the Nagasaki Kaisho facility. He was entrusted with all trade with Qing and the Netherlands, and also worked on transportation and distribution. There is a monument at the entrance to the Dutch slope that passes by Katsumizu Women's University.
