Lugu Lake (泸沽湖） it was a far way to arrive there from Lijiang ancient town. I only remembered I was sleeping all way through, but every time I woke up, we hadn’t arrived🥲 climbed 5 mountains, took 4 hours, we finally arrived Lugu Lake! Pic 1️⃣ on the way to Lugu Lake, we can see Jinsha River(金沙江). Love this turquoise green! Pic 2️⃣-3️⃣ Lugu Lake viewing platform. There was super crowded, I went on the workdays, couldn’t imagine if it is in weekends or holiday... but the most disappointing thing is, there’s a row of trees blocking the view! Very difficult to shoot nice pictures there. So if you are driving on this trip, wouldn’t recommend you to go there to see the view. You can definitely stop by somewhere to get the better views. A hotel where you can lie down for three days without going out. Among the many hotels/homestays/inns I've stayed in Yunnan, this is the only one that has received our collective approval and that we are willing to recommend to others - Yiting Xiaodao.
