The gardens were gorgeous and it was a peaceful respite in the middle of industrial and city chaos. Inside was an amazing spiritual experience of holiness and devotion to our Lord.

The Sacred Steps are a must see. Be sure to be respectful...can only go up them on your knees. Prayer cards are available. Regular steps take you up into the church. Check out the beautiful window...
