    Oregon Dunes Hike

    We stopped at the Oregon Dunes Overlook and did the hike to the beach. It took us about 30 mins to get to the beach. It is definitely worth doing!! Stunning sandy beach and amazing ocean views await!!

    Some sections open to dogs too

    There are many wonderful spots to hit along this long recreation area. During the summer parts are closed for bird rehabilitation. There's a great map that shows what is open to what activity and when...

    Takes some work to get there, but the view is amazing!

    It takes some effort to get out to the Oregon Dunes, but the view and the experience is so memorable! Be sure to be physically able to climb the sand, because it can be a grind to scale a sand dune…

    Really big and expansive. Parking wasn't free, but we couldn't figure out where to get the parking pass. Wish we had rented a dune buggy. That would have been really cool.
