It is actually quite well designed, so you go through shopping mall streets, over pretty bridges, all built around a lake. I woke up at 4 am to watch the sun rise at Dameisha beach in Shenzhen, and I do not regret it one bit. Dameisha beach is one of the largest beaches in Shenzhen, China. It is located on the northern shore of Mirs Bay along the Yantian District coastline and is considered Shenzhen’s longest (length of 1.1 miles) beach. When I arrived in the morning, it was such an idyllic view: no people or noise (I was so happy to have the whole beach to myself, I started dancing!) Just me and the ocean and the sound of crashing waves. I dug my feet into the sand and waited patiently for the sun to rise. The water was clean, and after the sun came up, I went in for a swim. I do recommend coming earlier to this beach, as it fills up very quickly with tourists after 8 am. If you struggle with early rising, you can also stay at one of the hotels with private access to the beach! Yantian district in Shenzhen is a nice, small tourist area. There's lots of nice hotels and a huge outlets shopping mall that has something for everyone. There's also a beautiful Dameisha beach walking distance away from every hotel. All around are small restaurants, with eastern and western options. And everything is connected with beautiful pathways. #shenzhentravel

I can't remember how many times I visited this beach, from January first to any sunny weekend in Shenzhen. Is so easy to get here, take metro line 8 and then taxi, or just straight from the CBD, it should be around 80 yuan plus no need to bother yourself with the parking space. The sand is just fine, nothing fancy and some areas get crowded, but the tip is to go outside the main area and you'll find a quiet and nice place to stay. Getting There - by car 🚘 or by subway+bus🚇 Subway station 盐田路(地铁站) Exit A1 + bus M196 Attractions - clean beach 🏖 enjoyable waves 🌊 great view ☀️ Hotels - we stayed in the hotel Kingkey Palace Hotel which is not far (10 minutes walk) from the public beach and has shuttle bus to private beach of Intercontinental Hotel 🏨 Food & Restaurants - there are a lot of Chinese restaurants around, and some western German restaurant, McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut 🍕 Shopping - has huge shopping area close to the beach with many brand shops like Sketchers, Nike, Starbucks etc. Beach has shops with swimming attributes and light snacks. #summervacation#beachlife#suntan#waves

Shenzhen Dameisha beach is a perfect place if in Guangdong and looking for a few days break! 🏨There is plentiful of large resort style hotels to stay. - check out Intercontinental Dameisha for a relaxing stay - with multiple pools indoor and outdoors, plus with beach access! 🍔 There are many eateries around and if you’re looking for some western food, don’t worry Pizza Hut and McDonalds are there! 🌡 When the weathers good in Dameisha, it’s perfect for bathing down by the pool with a glass in hand or playing in the sea. With beautiful views looking out across to Hong Kong, it’s perfect for a few days break from the big city. 📍Getting there - Take a train to Shenzhen North station and from there take a DiDi or Taxi to direct to Dameisha. Getting There - i took a comfortable Didi ride that costs me 97rmb from CBD Futian. But i know there are double decker busses from Windows of the World that travels to Dameisha Attractions - Dameisha beach, Dameisha Waterfront park, Dameisha Yatch club Hotels - Hampton by Hilton, Airland hotel, Intercontinental hotel, Kingkey Palace hotel, Vienna hotel, etc... whatever your budget is, you will find a hotel that fits it Food & Restaurants - Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds, KFC, Burger King, a lot of chinese cuisine restaurants, Wanton kiosk Shopping - the whole park is a shopping haven from sports apparel, underwear garments, ladies shoes, etc. etc. it is a home for 200 brands. not to mention that the store outlets are built with European inspired designs.. good to take photos too. #thisischina #wheninshenzhen #dameishabeach #shopaholic

#weekendgetaways The Shenzhen Metro provides direct access to the seaside park. The Shenzhen Metro provides excellent sea views, including the Dameisha Beach Park. The beach is 1 kilometer long and is the backyard for Shenzhen people to relax and unwind. The subway is located on Line 2 of the Metro, from the Dameisha C exit. Tips: Be sure to pay attention to sun protection! The beach has strong sunlight, and if you're not careful, you'll get a few shades of black. Therefore, you can use both physical and soft sunscreen, as well as hard sunscreen!

Dameisha Park is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the sea on one side. Along the way, there are Yantian Greenway and the sea-viewing plank road, which are super healing. I really haven't been to Dameisha for a long time. Ever since the seaside plank road was built, I've seen it many times! I never had the chance to visit! This time my parents came over, and I finally got the opportunity to come to the Dameisha seaside plank road! I was truly amazed! It's like an earthquake in my pupils! Looking at the beautiful seascape, feeling the sea breeze, my mood is really indescribably beautiful and comfortable. I suggest everyone must go! It's really worth it! The whole journey is only 1 kilometer, the scenery is truly breathtaking, and you can take photos while enjoying the beautiful seascape! You can also walk directly to the Dameisha beach, and then walk barefoot by the sea, feeling the cool temperature of the seawater! Traffic route suggestions: 1. You can directly book a ride-sharing car, which is actually quite easy to hail on weekends. Carpooling is also not expensive. I started from Longhua Yifang Tiandi, about 30 kilometers, and it only cost 60 for three of us including my parents. 2. Take the subway and then transfer to the bus, to Line 8 Yantian Port West subway station A1 exit, then transfer to bus Xin M196 to Dameisha Station, and you'll arrive at Dameisha seaside plank road, or take Line 8 Yantian Road subway exit D and transfer to M465 to Dameisha Station. 3. If you're driving, just navigate directly to Dameisha Station, but I don't know where the parking lot is... You can plan this in advance. Ride-sharing is actually very comfortable, if you don't consider the price, it's a good option, you can sleep or watch shows in the car, and the comfort level is quite high. The subway is more economical, a round trip for one person is less than 20. I don't really recommend driving, because if the walk from Dameisha plank road to the parking spot is far, you'll have to walk back the same way... Otherwise, it's convenient to walk the entire Dameisha plank road and then take a car back from the other side, if you can easily walk back and forth twice, then this point can be ignored... Even though it was overcast I had great time at Dameisha. I walked across the beach which is free. I also took walk through Dameisha Seashore. There is also an outlet nearby, I did some shopping. There is restaurant that serves coconut soups. We had it at lunch. The staff was pretty rude, didn’t answer our questions then got mad at us for not knowing how to coconut soup properly. We stayed at Airland Hotel, tge staff were very rude. Not recommended. Pizza Hut at the outlet was tasty.
