The Park an der Ilm was a great place for a stroll in #weimar. Several sort of memorial statues are scattered around to various historical figures including Pushkin and Shakespeare. The tree-lined paths are very lovely as you can happen upon many a German family out enjoy their day. #awesomepic #ancienttowns #historicalandculturaltravel #triplocal

The thermal hot spring at Toskana Therme in Bad Sulza was a fabulous experience. Very much the European spa vacation experience, you can enjoy massage, other recreational activities, and of course the various thermal pools. There are both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a special meditation pool with high salinity that makes it easier to float.
