Found this Gem in a last-minute search for a place to stay in the mountains. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but would definitely return if we find ourselves in the Rockies again. The room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Great views, Love the communal concept of the kitchen & fire pit. Great way to meet new people. Easy to find & not far from the amenities of the town of Golden. Not sure if this furry friend is a full time resident or not but, sure was friendly!

We stayed at the Palliser Lodge in room 212. Check-in was at the Glacier which they don't tell you ahead of time. The condo is a small one bedroom facing the hill. There is no view because the hill slopes up quickly behind the building. The room was big enough for my wife and I. Frying pans were disgusting. The rest of the condo was well stocked. The ski storage room was full so we had to store our skis in our vehicle. There is a small hot tub which is looking old. You want to have the jets running so you don't see the condition of the water. For some reason we were the only ones who used the hot tub all weekend. :) The cost per night was very high and not worth it considering the size, view and overall condition of the unit.

We stayed in Grizzly Heights (Haesler View, The Aspens), arranged through Lush Mountain Accommodation. Lush were so helpful when we had to change our dates several times due to Covid flight changes. Grizzly Heights is a fabulous condo. Very spacious and great views both over the ski mountain and across to Golden. The ski slopes are a few metres away so very accessible, plus excellent snow shoeing. The condo is the best equipped place I have ever stayed in and the Lush team were keen to supply anything we needed. The hot tub and huge deck is an added bonus. I would definitely stay there if we visited again.
