Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!

Lovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

Confusing parking ticket machine swallowed my credit card but staff got it back quickly, Very close to Melbourne airport. Room was clean but the facilities were miserly. No extra pillows, no face cloths and only 2 towels, shampoo dispenser in shower was empty .Temperature in room had only a small range. Bed had comforter with 3 sheets, Either too hot or cold. Could give you more coffee satchels. No microwave. The staff were very helpful. For the money they charge they could be a little bit more generous. TV was confusing and no wi fi in room. Did not eat at Hotel.

I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. The location is super convenient, easy to get around by tram or on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to a large supermarket, Chinatown, various Chinese restaurants, and Asian supermarkets. In 10 minutes, you can walk to Melbourne's busiest shopping street, the CBD area, RMIT, and other attractions. The room is spacious and very comfortable. To find a hotel with such good value for money in the CBD is a real bargain, especially the bedding, which was incredibly comfortable. The only downside is that the bathroom shower had a glass partition but no door, so the floor would get wet after showering, though thankfully there was a floor towel. The Western breakfast was a bit repetitive; it was the same every day for the six days we stayed. However, the hotel service was indeed excellent! When we checked in, the front desk staff, knowing it was our first visit, proactively introduced us to public transport and attractions.

Staff was very friendly from the moment you check-in, in-room dining and till you check-out. Room is spacious, with a decent closet space and enough space to open your luggages. Do just note that the toilet does not have a bidet. Location wise, it is very central and just right opposite the famous Flinder Station. Overall, would highly recommend đŸ‘đŸ»

GGuest UserThe room was pretty clean, and soundproofing was decent. Hygiene was good too. My only gripe is that the service needs improvement; the front desk wasn't very flexible. It's really close to the airport, which is great for early morning flights, and breakfast was good.

VVSingLocation: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

OOlalamattyThis was a trip with my wife in Melbourne for a few days before we head off to Tassie. We stayed at the loft room (note the loft bedrooms are located on lower floors, ours was on 2nd floor). On the arrival day, while we were off loading our luggages from our car (there were a few bags as we had just gone to a vineyard and had purchased 4 bottles), the 2 guards at the back door entrance, whom have clearly saw us, but didn’t assist with the luggage, nor inform the front desk to assist us. We ended up carrying the multiple luggages (along with the 4 wine bottles) while the guards watched.  On the second day, the guards were friendly - they assisted with doors and greeted us. On cleanliness, after first night, our toothpaste was empty but cleaning staff did not replace with a new set, but overall room was clean to basic standard.  However, our room had a bit of odd well on second night (first night was fine) not sure what the issue was but it did smell like kitchen cooking smell (we didn’t cook there). Breakfast was of good value and the staff working there were friendly and very responsive, I would probably say that the best experience was our breakfast thought out our stay there.

GGuest UserSuper new clean modern town a little New Zealand feels quiet and few people clean the grass especially green This town house is made of new materials houses including hotels are new hotels Except there are no fitness and entertainment facilities others are good breakfast special quality ingredients are particularly good hotels have There are two or three bars that are very warm and very special. They are a bit like furniture stores. There is a small yard. It is very comfortable to go out. You can see the Gulf Pier National Park at the end of the right. The golf course flinders is my favorite town on the entire peninsula. The new plan for the quiet house is also good. I heard that the price is high. If it is worth staying in the national park, the bad thing is to check out the10: 30
