Hotel Don Brashuberis Experience The experience of staying at the Tangbra Shuboris Hotel is great! The room is clean and tidy as a whole, the layout is warm and comfortable, and the living is particularly relaxing. The exclusive butler service is intimate and thoughtful, and you can respond in time if you need it, meticulous and warm. The scenery outside the window of the room is excellent, and you can see the vast grassland and the continuous snow-capped mountains by pushing the window. Between the Baili Gallery, the eyes are full of natural scenery of healing. The environment is quiet and beautiful, the service is intimate, and the accommodation is comfortable. It is a great choice for travel and accommodation in Tangbula. It is very recommended!

Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos.

I usually expect a certain standard from Hyatt hotels, but this one was quite a letdown. Let's start with the positives: the design is great, and the staff were genuinely nice. They even gave me several drink vouchers due to an issue with my room. The coffee was decent, and impressively, they still honored my unused coffee vouchers two days later – that's a nice touch. However, good service isn't just about good attitudes, as I experienced firsthand. Here are a few examples: 1) My reserved room wasn't available. They claimed to upgrade me to a suite (room 306?), but after waiting nearly an hour and a half, the 'suite' turned out to have only a narrow window squeezed between two buildings. Whether or not it was a genuine upgrade, they should have at least informed me about the room's specifics upfront. 2) I then moved to a room in building 6. It seemed freshly renovated. The small, broken window was one thing, but the smell was incredibly strong, and the bathroom had a terrible sewer odor. The combination of these smells was truly awful. I was in a hurry to get out, so I just put up with it, not wanting more hassle. 3) I turned on the humidifier, and when I returned, the room was enveloped in a dense mist. I actually thought something was burning... I have no idea why this happened; I've never encountered anything like it with humidifiers at home or in other hotels. 4) The electrical outlet on the right-hand bedside table was completely broken. Neither plugs nor charging cables would go in! This was ridiculous. I'm usually quite lazy and rarely write such detailed reviews. I typically give five stars if a place is even remotely acceptable, but this experience was truly intolerable. I hope the hotel makes significant improvements. P.S. Kashgar itself is a lot of fun!

My room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. I also really enjoyed the breakfast spread, and the view from the room was a nice bonus. The lobby was clean and bright, without any oppressive feeling. The front desk lady was exceptionally gentle and proactively helped with my luggage, even thoughtfully reminding me about the hot water supply schedule for the room. The room itself was spacious enough and well-lit. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me feel very relaxed. The balcony offered a view of the street, and it was quiet at night, not noisy at all. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local specialties, and the taste was great. Even the tableware was clean. My entire stay was very comfortable, just like a 'home away from home.' I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely come back to stay again!

This is the hotel to stay at when you come to Kashgar! The location is super convenient, right outside the Old City, and close to Kunlun Tower and the Ferris Wheel. The decor blends Uyghur characteristics with modern simplicity, with intricate carvings and carpets that show great attention to detail. The room has full smart home amenities and excellent soundproofing, so after a day of exploring the plateau, you can get a really good rest. Breakfast offers everything from 'gangzi rou' (pork in a pot) and milk tea to Cantonese dim sum, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting southern Xinjiang.

We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

Our stay at the Shar Starry Sky Glamping camp in Karajun Grassland was a truly rejuvenating and luxurious experience! The camp is nestled in the core area of a World Natural Heritage site, offering breathtaking views. From our window, we could see vast grasslands and continuous snow-capped mountains – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The starry dome we stayed in was incredibly impressive. It offered unobstructed panoramic views, allowing us to watch the grassland sunset right from our bed. At night, with no city light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and the provided telescope made stargazing super convenient – the kids absolutely loved it. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding 24/7. They even offered stargazing explanations. The camp provides excellent privacy, with ample space between each room, making it quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and authentic, featuring traditional flatbread (nang) and fresh milk – the grassland cuisine was delicious. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep under the stars and waking up to the view of snow-capped mountains – this is what a true luxury wilderness getaway should be. Highly recommended!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It's right in front of the snowy mountains and grasslands, an absolutely fantastic location super close to the scenic area. The room was clean, the details were thoughtfully taken care of, and the service was attentive and thorough. A perfect experience, highly recommend!
