The service was absolutely excellent. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. We arrived in the middle of the night, and both the customer service and front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided clear directions. The environment is fantastic, and the facilities are complete and very new. It's also very close to Wanda Plaza.

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

I found the Atour Hotel Kashgar Ancient City on Xiaohongshu and stayed for one night – honestly, it was great! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to the Ancient City entrance. After exploring, it’s just a short walk back to the hotel, no need to lug luggage around, which is perfect for lazy people like me. The room was quite clean, and since Kashgar has dry weather, the humidifier running constantly was very comfortable. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard – after a tiring journey, a good night's sleep here was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and patiently gave me directions when I asked about nearby places to eat. Overall, the service was very comfortable and not at all pushy. If you're visiting Kashgar Ancient City, staying at this place is really suitable, and it offers good value for money.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with the lobby on the 1st floor and private rooms on the 2nd. The TV in the room is quite large. The shower has great water pressure, and the hot water is instant – no waiting around. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and relaxing; I honestly wish I could take them home with me! Plus, the hotel's gym area is quite unique. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

Had an amazing stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by delicious Kashgar specialties. There are local restaurants everywhere, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The Silk Road Feast discount voucher from the hotel was such a great deal, allowing us to savor authentic Southern Xinjiang flavors; the hand-grabbed mutton and roasted buns were incredibly satisfying. The hotel service was also outstanding; the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, making check-in efficient. They patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing and local food. My stay at the Urumqi Baili Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The elegant British-inspired design made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The variety was so extensive that I could have something different every day, ranging from authentic Xinjiang specialties to exquisite Chinese and Western pastries. All the hot dishes were of high quality, which I really appreciated. From the patient guidance at check-in by the front desk staff, to the thoughtful protection from the security personnel, and the meticulous service from the logistics team, every single staff member impressed me with their professional and warm demeanor. Their attitude made my whole family feel truly at home.

The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.
