GuixiguiguziFacilities: Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has multiple shuttle buses that can take guests to the front desk, restaurants, pet park, and other locations at any time, which is very efficient. There's also a 24-hour self-service convenience store in the hotel, so even if you get hungry at night, you can easily grab some snacks and drinks.
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent. Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners.
Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍
Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day.
Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great.

Guest UserAfter 10 years, I drove back to Qiandao Lake again. From the moment I drove into the hotel, I noticed the fantastic greenery, and the high negative oxygen ion content. Once I arrived, I found the entire peninsula was like a botanical garden. The underground parking was very convenient, with Tesla slow chargers and State Grid charging stations. The hotel grounds are huge, and they upgraded my room type. After checking in and getting back to my room, I caught a beautiful sunset. The room was over 50 square meters with a balcony, and the wooden decor made it feel very comfortable. The two-story outdoor infinity pool faces the lake, with views comparable to a beachfront hotel. The public areas like the gym, walking trails, and tennis courts are also great. There are tons of kids' activities; my 8-year-old daughter made new friends at the kids' club and played for ages. We even bumped into them at breakfast the next day and chatted for a while. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent too!

XiangshouyoupinzhideshenghuoMy overall experience at Jindu Hotel was fantastic! As soon as I got out of the car, the greeter helped me open the door, carry my luggage, and even store it. They also provide breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea here, and the food selection is amazing – everything is fresh, no pre-made dishes, and it all looks, smells, and tastes great. The room was super clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi connected automatically, which was so convenient and felt really upscale and clean. I'll definitely recommend my friends to stay here next time. Five stars! (Written by an 11-year-old)

This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

The room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Yaohan business district, with a riverside green belt right downstairs. It's also easy to access the expressway for trips to Puyuan and the South Station.
The hotel rooms and hallways are quite spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Our room faced the interior, and although there were many AC units on the podium, we barely heard anything once the windows were closed. Even the sound of doors opening and closing in the hallway in the morning wasn't very noticeable.
In terms of facilities, the two 1.5-meter beds are generally suitable for families traveling with older children. As it's a Four Points, it has all the essential amenities, but they are a more basic version.
The male staff member in the blue suit in the lobby was very enthusiastic. When the young lady at the front desk wasn't sure about the location of the Zicheng historical site and Nanhu Lake, he overheard and proactively came over to provide more details. Thumbs up!👍🏻

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Hangzhou's Qianjiang New City, offering convenient access to transportation with a subway station right next door, making getting around incredibly easy. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment with beautiful scenery, and the Qiantang River view is particularly captivating. The lobby, situated on the 44th floor, provides expansive views, and you can even enjoy a light show at night. The overall design of the environment is novel and unique.

Guest UserI wholeheartedly recommend this resort! The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and airy, providing maximum comfort. The resort offers excellent facilities for families with children, featuring a wide variety of play equipment and a packed schedule of fun kids' activities daily. The evening stage performances were full of atmosphere, exciting, and truly heartwarming.
The most commendable aspect throughout our stay was the GO staff. They were incredibly warm and friendly, actively encouraging children to participate in activities, and treated them with gentleness and patience. A special thank you to Cling and Sherly from Guest Relations; they were attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Whether it was inquiring about activities or coordinating requests, they immediately helped us resolve everything and provided many practical suggestions, making our trip completely hassle-free and enjoyable.
Our child spent the entire day at the park and was reluctant to leave, repeatedly saying they didn't want to go home. This family trip was incredibly fulfilling. The overall service, environment, and family-friendly amenities were impeccable. We've already made plans with our family to come back for our next holiday!

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel in Hangzhou and was genuinely impressed – especially if you’re someone who values convenience and comfort over just another generic room.
The full-size fridge in the room was a game changer. Not the tiny minibar type, but an actual fridge where I could store groceries, drinks, and leftovers without playing Tetris. And the in-room washing machine? Absolute lifesaver, especially during humid Hangzhou weather when you go through clothes faster than expected. Being able to wash and dry without hunting for a laundromat made all the difference.
But the real standout was Connie at the front desk. From check-in to random questions about nearby supermarkets (for that fridge, obviously!) and laundry tips, she went above and beyond. Warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful – she even helped me figure out the washing machine settings when I got confused. It's rare to find that kind of personal attention.
Location is solid too – close enough to West Lake without being swallowed by crowds. The room was clean, quiet, and had a small kitchen setup that made extended stays feel like Highly recommend for families, remote workers, or anyone tired of hotel laundry fees!
