Location is so so because around the Main station is not very safe and lots of shady places around it. Room smelled a bit weird. There were 2 cups and kettle yet no spoons to steer the tea etc. Toilet was very tiny lol. Bit on the edge of on tight budget style. Breakfast was good and cleaning somewhat good until on the second day evening after showering, 2 towels were with blood on it. Was so tired so didn’t even talk to the hotel at the time. But very disappointing.

No lift. The front desk changed for me to the 1st floor room. The Room is spacious. Halal shop nearby.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. You can watch planes take off and land right from your window, making it an excellent choice for aviation enthusiasts. However, the location is somewhat inconvenient in terms of transportation. If you try to walk directly from the airport to the hotel, it feels like you are walking right on the main road, which feels a bit unsafe. You really need to take a shuttle to get there, but the downside is that the shuttle isn't free and requires an additional fee.

The hotel's location is excellent, both convenient and safe. It's just one metro stop from the central station and three stops from Roman Square. There's a shopping mall within 500 meters, with supermarkets, beauty stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The hotel itself offers consistent quality; everything is available except for a mini-fridge.

I had been staying at this hotel for 6 consecutive days. The night before, I extended my stay for room 417 at the front desk. The hotel system has a complete record of my extension, and it was agreed that I would continue to stay in the original room. When I returned after going out, the hotel, without my consent or prior notice, unilaterally changed my room and altered the accommodation agreement. The new room had no duvet and no bath towels. I had to go downstairs repeatedly to request all basic amenities. One male front desk staff member was extremely rude and demanded an additional 1.90 Euros for a bath towel, even writing a note that said 'It cost 1.90 Euro.' I have uploaded a photo of this note as evidence. It wasn't until this staff member's shift ended that another staff member provided a bath towel free of charge. As an elderly traveler who doesn't speak any foreign languages, I had to rely entirely on a translation device for communication, which made interactions extremely difficult. Throughout my stay, I distinctly felt discriminated against due to the language barrier, leading to a terrible experience and leaving me feeling deeply wronged. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the missing items in the room due to the rushed circumstances, but all the guests staying in the same room that day can corroborate my account. I am attaching a formal complaint document in both German and English, demanding a formal explanation and apology from the hotel regarding the unauthorized room change, the staff member's improper charging, and the poor service, as well as reasonable compensation. The hotel system can retrieve the extension record directly, so I don't need to provide any receipts. While I don't have photos of the room lacking bedding and towels, there are other guests who stayed with me who can testify to this.

Loved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.

My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. I was lucky enough to stay on one of the higher floors with a lovely view overlooking the swimming pool. Although my schedule was so busy that I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool or the sauna this time, I would definitely love to experience both on my next visit. I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service, which departs approximately every 20 minutes from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1, Exit B5. It is incredibly convenient and makes travelling to and from the airport completely stress-free. The 2 glass bottles of German mineral water is amazing too. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Frankfurt.

Amazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

Favourite room layout for the whole trip (8 different hotels). A must for car lovers. Check in and out was super easy, both car lifts clearly marked and easy to maneuver. Location is next to airport so can also plane spot. Noise insulation amazing. Check out the convenience store at the corner next to the hotel for a quick meal.

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake.
