Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Breakfast buffet exceeded the DEHOGA*** standard significantly in terms of selection and was very lovely offered and selected. Beautiful, top-modern and comfortable breakfast room with breakfast time from 06:30 a.m. Accommodation was better than promised when booking: 18qm double room instead of promised 10qm-EZ, facilities made of a dish and worthy of attractiveness. Hotel ist sehr gut. Hotel hätte auch stonriert zumasl ich mich im Datum um einen Monat vertan hatte. Trip.com hat sich geweigerrt, obwohl noch vier Wochen vor Buchcung. Meiner Meinung nach der letzte Scheiß und ich werde jedem abraten über trip..com zu buchen. Das letzte aller Portale.

2min away from Lübeck Hbf. The place is super clean and cozy also the employees were very polite and let me do an earlier check in. It’s near all the main attractions of the city with a nice breakfast. Thank you

We booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German. This is probably due to a shortage of skilled staff. The rooms were well furnished with balconies. At night, it was dim when you got up. The bathroom was clean. The size and furnishings were adequate. We have decided to book the hotel again.

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

We stayed for a night. The parking house is located directly in the hotel and costs € 21 per day. The room was functionally furnished and has everything you need. The location was also good, close to the old town.

Everyone was nice .. and the bus is 5 minutes walk.. very practical and the room was clean too
