GGuest UserWe stayed at Hotel Otavalo for two nights. The hotel has a relatively small presence from the street but is a huge surprise when you enter. It is very elegant and well done-from the main courtyard area to the rooms and the restaurant, everything is impeccable. The staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming. Because so many restaurants were closed, we ended up dining in for breakfast and dinner on both days. The food was excellent. Also, the location is perfect for seeing Otavalo. We would highly recommend!
