Very satisfied! The sun shining through the window was so warm. There's a supermarket downstairs with a good selection of items, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is really convenient. It's also pretty close to the subway. I'll definitely come back next time!

It was a perfect stay for me and my family. We stayed on the 27th executive floor with access to the lounge three times a day, although we barely made use of it but it was decent. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a very smooth late check in and an even straight forward check out. The room was spacious and spotless on daily bases. There were excellent amenities and coffee/tea corner. The room overlooked the station but was very quiet. We were excited every day to come back to the room and relax after long day of exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay which made our first trip to Osaka unforgettable.

The location is excellent, right next to Kintetsu Department Store and Tennoji subway station. It's a very bustling area, surrounded by shopping malls. The room was small, and the window couldn't be opened. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have booked here. Aside from a rather unremarkable outdoor view, it was otherwise quite decent.
However, the hotel's listing on Ctrip didn't provide clear directions from the subway station, so I had to rely on piecing together information from other guest reviews to find my way. Tennoji station is massive, and it's easy to get lost or pick the wrong exit. I had trouble finding the Yilan Ramen shop at first. The hotel staff didn't speak Chinese, and their English was very limited, so we had to use translation apps to communicate.
Oh, and upon check-in, I was informed of an additional tax of about 10 Chinese Yuan (CNY) per night. My booking with Ctrip clearly stated that taxes were included, but I never ended up following up with them about it.
During the cherry blossom season, it was very busy. The Western breakfast had a long queue, but the Japanese breakfast had virtually no wait. It's a shame there was no curry (though the Western restaurant had it) – a strange setup! Honestly, everything else was great. It's right next to Shinsaibashi, separated by just one street, so shopping was super convenient. The airport shuttle bus made getting to and from the airport really easy. A special thanks to the baggage staff, especially a girl from Northeast China (I forgot to ask her name), who helped us carry our luggage up and down floors and get a taxi after we checked out. That service was truly exceptional.

Fantastic hotel and services!! My sister and I were amazed by The staffs at Hotel Shiki Utsubo Park, as they are truly exceptional! Their warm, polite, and respectful manner made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The front office team was especially kind, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Osaka! Everything is great here!

Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children.

## Hygiene and Service:
The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:
It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
## Facilities:
There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.

I've stayed at the New Otani in Hakata before, and this time I chose the one in Osaka. Both are equally luxurious and grand, but I found the room's cleanliness in Osaka to be a bit lacking compared to Hakata – there were some stains behind the closet door. The location is super convenient, close to both JR and Keihan train stations. The room was spacious enough, with two bathrooms, which was incredibly handy for a family trip. When we checked out, we made a last-minute decision to take the shuttle bus to the airport. We only had five minutes before it departed, but the front desk immediately called the shuttle service, printed our tickets, and had a bellboy whisk our luggage over. We made it onto the bus smoothly, and I'm very grateful for their quick assistance. The surrounding area is also very convenient; we took a leisurely stroll to Osaka Castle. We even stumbled upon an XG concert tour, with the venue, Osaka-Jo Hall, right across from the hotel! We snagged tickets for 400 yen and enjoyed a high-quality concert. So happy! 🥳

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the staff is polite. They provide fresh towels every day. The ventilation in the bathroom works well, and there is great water pressure for hot water. However, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I don't consider this a major drawback.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Really couldn't fault anything about the room other than the bathtub - which is a shower-over-bathtub which can be a fall risk. There's a resident lounge on Level 6 where you can get ice, coffee and tea. Service by staff at the reception is cheerful and prompt.
Very near to Kuromon market where you can buy fruits and eat Japanese beef or fugu fish.
A slightly longer walk to Namba station. Even though the location of this hotel is considered Namba, I can't help wondering if it's on the ”wrong” side of Namba, due to the vibes of the shops just next to the hotel.
About 10 minutes level walk to Namba Metro where you can catch the train to the airport.

Great
MMaTheBreIn general, the hotel is absolutely ok. The price is affordable and the interior is new and wealthy. The location is recommendable with close public transport, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a coin laundry. The hotel has a shared room on the second floor with free coffee, tea, and water. Every day they have free beer happy hour from 6 to 7 including a DJ performance.
I would not recommend it to families with children or to people who prefer a “standard” hotel. Usually, hotels in Japan are super child-friendly, but there are no products for children (toothbrushes, pyjamas, slippers, etc.). The breakfast is in our opinion not worth it. It is good in terms of taste, but they do not have a buffet. There are some different sandwiches you can choose 3 (this is limited and when I asked why the answer was: “If they do not limit I could eat 10”. They have no variation in the sandwiches so when you have breakfast there for a week you've eaten all at least once or twice. Here as well nothing for kids so I paid full price breakfast for my son and the only thing he got was some juice. For us, another no-go was the super loud music in the public area (there is the breakfast room). You can enjoy your morning coffee with electronic dance music. The hotel has no laundry, but they offer a service. You can bring your clothes no matter how many and get them back for 5000¥ cleaned and dry. The coin washer 2minutes away is 900¥ for 8kg in 1h.
For younger people or for 1-2 nights absolutely ok. Breakfast better go out to one of the 1000 coffees and enjoy a wider choice.

Very Good
SSollee- Spa was good, breakfast was good.
- Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around.
- Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby.
- After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience.

JJuexiaodiThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.
KKobemuWe spontaneously decided to visit Osaka with my parents, and this hotel, booked at the last minute, had a decent price. It's conveniently located near a subway station and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi, a bustling area of Osaka. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The size wasn't small either; it didn't feel cramped with three of us staying there. For breakfast, I recommend going early as there's a queue if you go later. The variety was rich, and everything tasted good. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. The room is small but looks very clean. They also offer self-check-in and self-service luggage storage. There are two convenience stores downstairs, and a drugstore is about a ten-minute walk away. Overall, it's great value for money.

Llittle crabHave had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived.
Nanami san is also a very nice girl!

XXiemimiThe hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.
