Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy 🏡, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage 🧳. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent. Right downstairs, there's an airport shuttle bus stop and a Kintetsu station, making it a crucial hub for exploring Kansai. The front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff, so there are absolutely no language barrier concerns. For the price point and typical Japanese room sizes, the value for money is really high. The bathroom is a decent size, while the bedroom is a bit compact. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. A truly great stay!

Upon entering the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The overall impression was great, and the room was very clean. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around.

This hotel has a lot of Minion-themed elements, and there's a Universal gift shop in the lobby. While it's not the closest to Universal Studios, it's very quiet, and you can see the park from the room windows. The breakfast is quite extensive, offering both Japanese and Western options.

## Hygiene and Service: The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed. ## Location: It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. ## Facilities: There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.

The hotel is very spacious with nearly all-day lounge to hang out with snacks and drinks as the key signature. The staffs are all service-minded and friendly. The public bath service is also the great facility I have enjoyed as well. The location of hotel requires you to walk moderatedly from the Osaka station, yet the hotel location itself is surrounded by metros, convenient stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Love it!

Staying in the Superior King Room at Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel was truly excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, very close to Honmachi Station, and just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a bustling area. The biggest surprise was how spacious the room was; there was plenty of space to open up two large suitcases without any trouble. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely return here on my next trip to Osaka!

Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie. But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless.

Overall, it was very clean and nice. The receptionist was from overseas, and it seemed like they were still getting used to things since the hotel had just opened, but they were very polite, had a lovely smile, and left a good impression! The amenities are limited, so you'll need to bring your own comb, cotton pads, cotton swabs, makeup remover, lotion, and other skincare products. The shampoo was an all-in-one shampoo with body wash. Conditioner was provided separately. There was no nightwear, so you'll need to bring your own. Because it's close to the station, you could hear the trains running quite a bit from early in the morning, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to bring earplugs or something similar.

Fluent English communication. Clean. Just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, the location is very convenient! The hotel has a restaurant, and there's a supermarket nearby, so shopping and dining are both very easy. Service: Room cleaning every day.
