Nestled amidst the mountains, I'm really content with the environment and facilities here. Plus, you can catch both the sunrise and sunset from Aoyu Peak, and it's quite close to Bright Summit. Since all the trash and drinking water are manually carried, it's clear we're guests in a natural environment. Therefore, we should especially cherish and protect this natural heritage. I hope everyone tries to produce less waste, always disposes of trash in designated areas along the way, and refrains from smoking. Let's preserve this beautiful natural landscape for future generations and the small animals that live here.

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

Just got home! We're guests from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and we want to give a huge shout-out to Xihai Hotel for your excellent service! I originally thought the hotel was a bit pricey just because of its prime mountaintop location, a scarce resource. But from the moment we checked in, we experienced the incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and perfect service from the Xihai team [strong][strong]. First, they gifted two breakfast vouchers for my two kids who are just under 1.3 meters tall. Our room's electric heater was already turned on, making it warm and cozy. There were also down jackets provided, which were perfect for staying warm while watching the sunrise early in the morning. The kids absolutely loved the wonderful evening performance! [strong][strong][strong] The breakfast was both abundant and delicious! [strong][strong][strong] The only thing that would make it even more perfect is if there were wontons for breakfast [grin].

One city, one Grand Hyatt. For this holiday, I headed straight for Hefei, confidently choosing the Hefei Grand Hyatt – a benchmark among hotels. The location was a pleasant surprise, right in the heart of the CBD, with direct access to MixC Mall downstairs. The Hidden Gem Green Axis Park and Swan Lake are all nearby. Our room, located on the 43rd floor or higher, offered breathtaking views and a simple, comfortable design. From the moment I booked, Manager Xiao Song provided detailed parking instructions in advance. The check-in process at the front desk was smooth and efficient. They proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and dining. This warm service made us feel like we'd truly come to love Hefei because of the Grand Hyatt, and we'd be more than happy to return! 😘😘😘

It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

This Hampton by Hilton far exceeded my expectations. You could remove 'Hampton' from the name and people would still believe it's a higher-end hotel. Both the lobby and the rooms are very spacious, and the service was excellent. A staff member even chased after me to give me a souvenir as I was leaving! 😂 No one ever asked me for a good review, but it truly deserves five stars. It's only a 6-minute walk from the South Gate transfer station. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting Huangshan.

I have lived in the Morandi Hotel in Qingdao before and the experience is particularly good. This time I went to Hefei and saw that there were also branches. I couldn't wait to stay. I really didn't step on thunder. , , The hotel has just opened a new renovation in 2026, the whole house facilities are brand new, fully equipped and fully equipped. The room was great, spotlessly clean, and even had a smart toilet. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant on the 23rd or 24th floor (I apologize, I can't recall the exact room number) was exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast was excellent! I got to try the local specialty, qiangguo mian (stir-fried noodles), and the chicken soup wontons were incredibly fresh and delicious. The freshly made pork buns were also fantastic. The chefs at the live cooking stations were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of having takeaway cups readily available next to the coffee machine. Sitting in the lounge on the top floor in the evening was a great way to relax. I had noted on Trip.com that my booking included a welcome fruit plate, and I also redeemed 1 point for one, but the front desk never mentioned it and it was not provided at any point during my stay.
