It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

This hotel boasts the best location on Huangshan Mountain. It's right next to a food court, and of course, it also has its own restaurant where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet. We booked very late, so the facilities were just average. Online, it was advertised as a four-star, but I honestly couldn't tell – it felt more like a small inn. However, it was quite clean. Maybe there are better rooms, but we didn't get one. The walls were made of panels (according to the staff, environmentally friendly materials are required on the mountain, so perhaps other places are similar), which meant poor soundproofing. The restaurant, though, was exceptionally good. The ingredients were excellent, and the cooking was superb. Dinner was 160 per person, but the staff gave us a 50% discount. If you didn't want the buffet, you didn't have to pay; the staff offered free fried rice or noodles instead. The service was truly outstanding! The room included complimentary down jackets and umbrellas. The staff provided attentive 24-hour service, always available when called. Before we left, they even gave us a large bag of local specialties for the road (most places on Huangshan don't sell food), and we were so grateful, otherwise we would have been hungry the next day. The bag contained a ginseng fruit, two oranges, a pear, a mango, two bags of Anhui specialty shortbread, and other local snacks. On the afternoon of our departure, they also provided us with raincoats and water. The price was 2088 per night, which was higher than other platforms, but Trip.com later refunded me 300 yuan, making it quite a good deal. This hotel also has 8-person dorm beds for 400 per person, which are very popular, so you need to book quickly if you want one.

Facilities: The room facilities are a bit old, and the carpet is a bit too dirty. I suggest the hotel arranges for cleaning during off-peak seasons. And don't even get me started on the air conditioning; it wasn't blowing cold air, and it was so hot I couldn't sleep. The fan they brought the next day only offered temporary relief. Hygiene: Overall, the room hygiene was mediocre. Initially, there were stains on the sheets. After changing rooms, the new sheets had holes in them. I was too tired to bother changing again. I hope management improves their room inspection skills. Service: The service was generally okay, I suppose. I tried the executive lounge, but the food selection was too limited, with only a few hot dishes. The restaurant's buffet breakfast didn't have much variety either, and some of the cups were chipped. Overall, the experience was just average and didn't meet my expectations. A bit disappointing 😮💨

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the North Gate Taiping Ropeway, both up and down. It's perfect for catching the sunset at Paiyun Pavilion and the sunrise at Qingliang Terrace. They even provide warm jackets and flashlights at the hotel. Many attractions like Monkey Watching the Sea, Magical Pen Blossoming, and United Pine are nearby. You can do a quick morning tour and be back for a delicious and varied breakfast at the hotel. They also have evening performances. Very satisfied, already recommended to friends.

Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

To be honest, I have stayed in so many hotels. I have stayed in all the major hotels in Wuhu. It was my first time staying at Hualuxe. The overall feeling was really good. From the check-in at the front desk to the environment that came into view when entering the room. The takeaways were delivered during the stay and the front desk girl took the takeaways for me to the express cabinet when I left the hotel. It was really a good feeling. They were not cold but treated guests with care. I also really felt the care and warmth of the management of this hotel. I will choose it as my first choice next time I come back. Thank you❤️

This stay was great! Tingting was very warm and thoughtful when checking in at the front desk. She not only introduced the hotel facilities, but also recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles were fresh and delicious. The gym equipment was brand new, the swimming pool was kept warm and clear, and there were thoughtful towels and drinking water. It was convenient for travel. Both the service details and the hardware facilities were impeccable. I will choose here next time I come. I highly recommend it!

This is by far the most comfortable hotel in Huangshan. Butler Cheng Luo provides exceptional service. 📍Location: The hotel is situated right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, within walking distance of Yintai Center and Xiaoyaojin Park. There's a wide variety of food options, from snacks to full meals, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The only minor inconvenience is that taxis can't drop you off directly in front of the hotel entrance; you need to walk a short distance. Overall, though, getting around is quite easy. 🏨Facilities: The rooms feature smart controls, allowing you to use voice commands for lights, air conditioning, and curtains. I have to praise the soundproofing – it's excellent. Despite being right on a pedestrian street, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows. 🔖Service: The front desk is very responsive whenever I needed assistance 👍🏻 😬A small drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, possibly because there are only two elevators for a relatively tall building. Overall, though, I had a very satisfying stay.

We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.
