"We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful with nothing to nitpick. We look forward to returning here when we visit Chengdu again The location was exceptional, just above Taikoo Li and the main shopping area. You have no worries about getting access to bubble tea, food and restaurants. Shopping is also just at your doorstep. The view at our top level suites were also absolutely stunning and beautiful. The suite itself was extremely clean and comfortable. It was spacious and provided a generous amount of space for friends to hang out and chill in the night after an entire day of activities outside. The 24 hour butler service provided was also absolutely on point, providing very prompt service whenever contacted via Wechat. They would help to send your taobao parcels and ******* food delivery up to your unit once you inform them. I appreciate the great hospitality provided by our butler, called Blueberry, throughout our stay. We highly recommend SEYA Serviced Apartments to anyone visiting Chengdu and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends :)"

SShenglaijiushi-LVI had a very satisfying stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I got a great rest. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, always promptly resolving any issues I had. The location is also very convenient, right next to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! Just a small suggestion: the fabric sofa could use a cleaning.

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, and it's quite close to Shuhan Road subway station. It was clean, tidy, and cozy. The only downside was the toilet; for such a nice hotel, it didn't even have a smart toilet. The flush button was on the side and required a strong push, which made it hard for children to flush properly.

GGuest UserI would have given 6 stars, but .... The hotel is located on the 3rd floor in a very old building. The lift area on the first floor looks very old and dirty. And inside the lift, it smells like urine or vomit or whatever. Otherwise, the hotel is really excellent. Once u stepped into the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor, it is a totally different world. Clean, smells nice, modern and beautiful design. Room is as per advertised photos, perfect to me, with all the important necessary amenities. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They would stand up and greet me whenever I walk past the lobby (not that I enjoy it). As I dont have a local number to order from *******, they gladly provided me with the hotel number to use. And the best thing is the hotel gives out free souvenirs, very practical and useful souvenirs. Also free snacks and coke and sprites. So to end it, I would suggest to the boss of the hotel, please do something to the lift and the lift landing on the first floor. Thank you.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Yulin Street is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, truly impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it perfect for a restful stay or a vacation. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is a very comfortable hotel. The hotel is nestled among residential buildings, giving it a strong home-like atmosphere. The room was very clean, and they even provided both dry and wet slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. For afternoon tea, you could choose from noodles, rice noodles, iced desserts, small pastries, etc., and they were all delicious. This kind of attention really made you feel warm inside. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but every dish was prepared with care. I recommend the fatty intestine noodles and beef noodles – so fragrant! Oh, and its location is great. You can just bike to Wuhou Temple and Yulin Road. Looking forward to coming back again next time.

Floor heating is relatively comfortable in this weather. It feels good to soak in a natural hot spring on a lightly snowing day, but the pool is not fully open yet, so I feel a little regretful that I couldn't fully experience it this time. A great place to relax and soak in the hot springs on the weekends!

The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.
