The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. had a wonderful stay at Lyn International Hotel Chengdu! The location is excellent—close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and many great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. I also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and free laundry service, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Hyatt Regency Chengdu (the review mistakenly says Chongqing), and since we were on vacation, we really indulged in food and drinks – a big thanks to the housekeeping staff! The dining table in the suite was large and very convenient, and the staff were incredibly patient, bringing us plates and glasses whenever we needed them. The living room was also super spacious. The hotel's overall design is simple yet refined, blending modernity with comfort. Every detail showcased quality and thoughtfulness. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable; we slept wonderfully and didn't want to leave. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one definitely has the most comfortable bedding. We were on a high floor, room 3336, which offered panoramic views of the bustling city. The view was expansive during the day and dazzling at night, truly invigorating. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What's even more commendable is the hotel staff's warm and professional service; their attention to detail made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful with nothing to nitpick. We look forward to returning here when we visit Chengdu again The location was exceptional, just above Taikoo Li and the main shopping area. You have no worries about getting access to bubble tea, food and restaurants. Shopping is also just at your doorstep. The view at our top level suites were also absolutely stunning and beautiful. The suite itself was extremely clean and comfortable. It was spacious and provided a generous amount of space for friends to hang out and chill in the night after an entire day of activities outside. The 24 hour butler service provided was also absolutely on point, providing very prompt service whenever contacted via Wechat. They would help to send your taobao parcels and ******* food delivery up to your unit once you inform them. I appreciate the great hospitality provided by our butler, called Blueberry, throughout our stay. We highly recommend SEYA Serviced Apartments to anyone visiting Chengdu and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends :)

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

This is an established luxury hotel with excellent facilities and services across the board. The decor, with its abundance of marble and wood, exudes old-money charm. We were upgraded to a view room on the 37th floor, and the panoramic views were fantastic. Upon entering the room, there's a separate walk-in closet, and the bathroom is exceptionally large, equipped with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was very extensive, and even the coffee came with latte art. Facilities like the swimming pool and spa were clean and comfortable. A butler was assigned to us after booking, and the staff we encountered at the front desk and in the lobby were all very polite. I'd also like to commend Trip.com; they were highly efficient and quickly resolved a booking issue I had.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

My family and I stayed in Chengdu for two more days after our group tour. I didn't want the hassle of changing hotels, so I just booked a single room again. The staff was very helpful and moved me to a more central room, and even transferred my luggage from the old room to the new one, which was a huge plus! Although the power outlets in the single room were in odd places, it didn't really bother me since I was traveling alone. Everything else was fantastic. They offer butler service, which means they can help receive packages for you, and if you have any questions, you can ask the butler – someone is usually available to respond 24/7. The breakfast is a set menu, but you can always ask for more if it's not enough. The courtyard restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, making it a picturesque spot for photos. The hotel reception is on the first floor, and the entire building is self-contained, so there aren't a lot of random people coming and going. Food deliveries also come up via robot, as delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be a few mosquitoes. If you're prone to mosquito bites, you can use some repellent (which the hotel provides). But that's a minor issue, and it doesn't detract from the overall experience. I still highly recommend this place.

The location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to IFS International Finance Centre. When I booked the hotel, I left a note requesting a room with a view of the IFS panda climbing the wall, and to my delight, the 37th-floor room's balcony on arrival offered a direct view of it – the kids were thrilled! The room has a balcony, perfect for enjoying the city's bustling nightscape. The sofa came with a movable table, convenient for reading, drinking tea, or coffee. The in-room smart devices were also comprehensive, and the bathroom design was particularly unique. Afternoon tea and a late-night snack were provided in the afternoon and evening, respectively. The only minor drawback was the limited variety of late-night snacks, and breakfast options weren't extensive either. However, when checking out, the friendly front desk gifted a large panda 🐼 plushie to the kids, which made them incredibly happy. This hotel booking truly exceeded my expectations.
