Highly recommended for travelers! This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. It's just a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, and there are airport shuttle and various bus stops right outside. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they offer luggage storage, which really lightens your load for exploring Albania.
The overall vibe was pretty good; it's a hostel setup, and a lot of people hang out and chat on the balconies on the first and second floors at night. The room I booked was huge with three beds, and had all the basic necessities, though it wasn't particularly aesthetic, which didn't bother me. The front desk was really helpful and arranged my airport pickup! It's quite central, so I could walk to the starting points for my day trips to North Macedonia and Kosovo. Overall, I'd recommend it; it's good value for money! I also highly recommend the fish restaurant just a three-minute walk away (look for the one with a 4.9 rating on Google Maps, on the street corner)—it practically became my canteen, haha!
Nice and clean hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast. Location is well placed for local amenities, restaurants, bars/cafes. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a busy environment
As a transition for one night, this hotel is not bad. It is safe and comfortable. The breakfast looks good. Although it is not to my taste, my friend feels good.
The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the Tirana Mosque and Albanian Flag Square, and within walking distance of the city center's main attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy, and well-equipped. Note that the hotel doesn't provide blankets, but there are some in the closet; you can ask the front desk for another one if needed.
I stayed in a single room on a semi-basement level. There was a water tank next to it. The soundproofing was a little poor at night, and I could hear some noise. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is suitable for solo travelers.
Very elegant hotel in the central and nightlife area of Tirana. Excellent buffet breakfast both hot and cold. The spa and the heated pool also includes the sauna and the jacuzzi. All included in the room price without any time limit. The spacious rooms with all the comforts. I will gladly return on my next trip to Albania.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.
Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend.
There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english.
Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

YYangHello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

SSplashxyzStayed here for 3 nights to explore Tirana.
The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem.
Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower.
The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out.
Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner.
There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport.
Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.
ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

SSugwonThe location was convenient as it was close to the center of the city. All facilities were clean and the hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and I was able to stay satisfactory for 4 days.

BBackpacker00I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient.
The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!
GGuest Userupreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing.
What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. If I can add more stars I would 😀
