It's a very good experience in this resort. Having a private beach, providing water sports activities, Chinese & Western food provided, staff services very well. The foods is very delicious, and the restaurant in the hotel will compensate if you are unsatisfied with the food for reasonable reasons. Will revisit this resort again!

Stayed at Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam recently as im having seminar at IDCC. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean, though the design feels slightly dated. Basic amenities were provided and worked well. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a decent and very affordable option for a short stay in Shah Alam.

Breakfast & evening cocktail was included. Both was nice. We felt the cocktails can be improved, we can't taste any alcohol in it. Breakfast (chicken curry & chicken rendang) was very delicious. The place was eco friendly. Cleanliness can improve a bit as there we dirty at the shower cap, toilet has 1 kind of odour. Otherwise our stay was good. The Avi spa was very good. First time trying this and was really good

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

Overall, everything was fine, and the cleanliness was good. However, if you're traveling independently without a car, it's not very convenient as there are no restaurants around the resort; you'll need to take a car to get anywhere. On the bright side, the beach is just a short walk away, and it's incredibly clean with sand as fine and soft as powder.

For me, a good hotel stay means quality sleep. I didn't get that here – light streamed into the room from under the curtains and from the bathroom. At 8:00 AM, the gardener started working with a chainsaw. I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the breakfast items. The food seems geared towards Asian tourists, not Europeans. Additional services at the hotel are expensive. It's convenient if you have a car, as you can visit nearby restaurants and beaches. Without a car, staying at the hotel feels like a questionable pleasure. The hotel didn't meet my expectations, and the room rate is too high. It's justified by the night lighting, illuminations, tall palm trees at the entrance, and the large number of staff. But I didn't appreciate that. On the plus side, the room was clean, and there was a pool in the room and near the restaurant.

The environment is fantastic, with a private hotel beach where the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The staff are very welcoming, and right next door is a hill with a lighthouse on top. It's one of the old lighthouses that used to guide ships into Malacca.

A retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb. An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos. Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen. Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower. Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexis Port Dickson with our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the water chalet experience made our short getaway feel extra special. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It was a great place for a family gathering, and everyone had a lovely time together. The facilities were well maintained and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and created some beautiful family memories here. Would definitely consider coming back again for another family getaway. Highly recommended! ❤️
