"Arrived to be shown a room with a refrigerator that had leaked all over the floor. We were delighted to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite.
Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower…
The breakfast was at best very poor.
Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing."

A special thanks to Mr. Rayan and Mr. Mohammad at the reception — they were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!
