"This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit."

Good
GGuest UserI always use this place for exhibitions; it's very convenient, close to the venue, and the facilities are quite good. The hygiene is acceptable, but I don't think the bathtub is really necessary.
GGuest UserCheck in and check was very easy and friendly staff. The room very large and clean. Not a very good view of the nuclear plant. However we only stayed one night.
The only issue I had, I left a blouse behind in the room after I checked out, I called as soon as I left to tell the hotel. They transferred my to security Know one took my information. I stopped back at the hotel at night after coming back through town later that night and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I called again the next morning a very nice lady at security took all my information. She checked on my blouse and still it was not turned it in. .I literally left it right on the bed and told security where I left it they assured me the staff is excellent at turning items into lost and found. At this point still is lost! very frustrating.
GGuest UserI was able to check in smoothly. The surroundings are very good. The interior of the room is simple and urbanized. It was a very nice hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.
Ee05867020A hotel like home-like conditions, with breakfast, the simpler kind. Opposite the hotel is a home-style restaurant, meals are OK, and the rules are quite good. A few minutes drive from the famous University of Notre Dame, the scenery is good, the architecture is unique, the white middle and upper class children learn the medical law of the Holy Land, the campus atmosphere is slightly different from other American universities, the South Bend city itself.
MMichael Len JohnsonThis is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.
CCharliechaiThe overall environment and service are good. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to South Bend University Stadium, which is very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby, with different tastes to choose from. There is a traditional American bar, where you can order beer and experience different lifestyles and culture.
GGuest UserTo begin with the front desk clerks were great and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed & it was June 1st, so that was a bummer. They advertise a gourmet breakfast, to my surprise --- it wasn't even close, no cream for the coffee, one of the juice drinks were out , no yogurt, then to top it all off ----
The waffle machine was disgusting!!! Dirty, & when I asked about the lady making a waffle ahead of me about her waffle sticking to the waffle maker, the host said ” well, it's because all of the non stick coating on the waffle maker is worn off” & the hotel was supposed to be getting a new one!!! When I wiped it with a napkin - black stuff appeared on it... So needless to say NO Waffle for me Today!! The waffle maker shouldn't have even been in use! Wow. And the temperature of the sausage Links were cold to the touch!!
Very disappointed,

GGuest UserBathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?
