What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was easy and included a warm cookie! The room was perfect for the three of us. It even had a kitchen which I did not expect. Room service food was delicious and we were able to save left overs and reheat them. Breakfast was worth it for the good food and so many choices. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. A taxi was ordered for us so we could get to the airport.

This hotel offers great value for money, located right in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided extremely detailed information. The hotel's outdoor pool is on the top floor. Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering various cuisines, and the service staff were very proactive. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an excellent view. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Hotel is new and looks good. But our first night was a disaster. After rain huge flood happened in the room and corridor. The water was ankle-deep in the room, and ceiling in the corridor felt down. It happened during the night. We called reception and asked for urgent help but nobody came. After we came down ourselves, receptionist proposed another room on a higher floor. The bottom line here: 1. The hotel was not designed correctly and is not prepared for rain. This is an omission of the building's master planner. Don’t stay on 3rd or 4th floors (they were affected mostly by the flood). 2. In emergent situations, the reception should focus on guests first, not on cleaning floors.

When i booked it's shows 5 star hotel It's a really 5 star plus hotel We arrived early at the hotel within 2 minutes we had check in and upgraded room was offered without any charges also they offer unlimited water and tea coffee and bathroom essentials also complimentary jacuzzi and sauna and steam was offered and swimming pool is best ever I had with highest quality and price was really cheap I would gave it 100% happiness and would recommend to everyone in the world GHULAM JILLANI AND FAMILY UNITED KINGDOM

The common areas are quite spacious, but the rooms themselves felt a bit cramped. The service has really gone downhill; the only personalized attention we received was being shown to our room during check-in.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here.

It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Pools also with the beach were amazing. Strongly suggested

The room is clean and tidy, like new, you can't tell it's an old hotel. The location is excellent, next to a big shopping mall. The service is very enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help us with the room extension. I booked a room without breakfast, but I got a free breakfast at the end. Although the breakfast is not much, it is very exquisite. The environment is also very good. It's my first time staying at Rosewood, and it's a great experience.

Absolutely a beautiful place. The pool are is relaxing.. I would prefer it to be under cover or shelter but overall my little girl loved it. Rooms are good size and beds are comfy.
